We have received numerous calls/emails from this company asking us to purchase leads. We have responded via email to Kate 3x now stating we are NOT INTERESTED and we have received another call today from Kate requesting to speak to the agency owner. I understand persistence, as I work in sales myself, but no means NO!

I have worked with Loan Bright since 2010. I've had 2 different account reps and both Regina and Chris are great. The leads are pretty standard internet generated shared leads but they are priced right and have a good return policy so you aren't paying for bad data. I definitely recommend Loan bright to Loan Officers looking to increase their production.
I have been with Regina and LoanBright since 2009. I have tried other lead companies from time to time, but have always returned to LoanBright. Good communication. Good customer service. Good return policy. No lead is ever exclusive. Know that going in and you will be fine. Bottom line...nine years there and I have no plans to go elsewhere. PS...I never give anybody 5 stars :-))
I've been getting leads from them for years and value wise, they are as good as it gets. The leads can also be shared between Mortgage Brokers AND Realtors!
They violate Truth in Advertising under TILA. They offer a chance to win a free Samsung Galaxy S8 and prompt them for their information. One guy texted me so I have record, please join in in filing a complaint. No wonder their leads don't convert.

Gosh, I can't tell you how valuable LoanBright has been to me. I have been with Amber and LoanBright for over 10 years and I will never be without them. Having a personal representative and a support staff is necessary and the actual leads themselves have provide 50% of my income over the past decade. Awful Lead Generation Company that sends out false leads. They gathered old information of mine submitted it to 10 mortgage refinance companies and now I keep getting messages to phone and email. I've had to break the hearts of multiple sales people by telling them their sales budgets were blown on bad leads.
Companies like LoanBright give sales development and lead generation a bad name.
