My salesman Tommy was awesome. He was able to work with me and my Dad. I m in my 30 s and my Dad is in his 70 s and hasn t purchased a new car in over 40 years. My Dad isn t the easiest guy to please but Tommy was patient and never became annoyed with my Dad. I appreciated the fact that Tommy could work with both of us and adjust his style to accommodate both generations. In my opinion, this is the sign of a great salesperson, being able to work with a younger generation and an older one. Our needs were different and my Dad had very specific criteria he was looking for. Tommy was able to research this and provided exactly what we asked for. I wouldn t hesitate to request Tommy if I was purchasing another car .

After a car wash vehicle looked worse than before the wash. People that move cars speed without concern of people standing in waiting area. Non use of seat covers or floor. Letting cars stay running in service area and why not they don't buy the gas

I took my Rav4 in to be serviced at 30,000 miles. The associates took care of my car and discovered my battery didn't pass inspection. They changed it out saving me from a dead battery which is never convenient. Thank you for taking care of my car and giving me peace of mind.

I had only an hour to come into the dealership and lease a RAV4. Fred Motaman was able to beat out everybody s best deal in town. Not only that, but Fred assigned me the excellent Payam Hamzehi to ensure I was going to be out in an hour. Payam definitely delivered with his great service and I was out of there in an hour. Can t forget the amazingly fast yet thorough service from Kirk Alexander in finance. 10/10 across the board for Findlay Toyota.
When we took our car into the service bay, we were worried about what kind of problems would be found and if we could afford them. Buddy was very efficient in explaining everything to us and providing us with much needed options to choose the right path to take. We knew a lot of work would be needed, but when it was all said and done, It only cost about half of what we expected to pay. They gave us many choices that we were allowed to take our time in deciding. Never rushed into anything. Everything was detailed extremely well. This is a very thorough repair facility, and we will be forever grateful.
Service advisors told it would be about 1 1/2 hr to 2hrs for service. I was completely done a little over a hr with the first inspection service and wash. Thanks again for all the great work and excellent service.

Best car buying experience yet. Walked out happy with a beautiful new car. I initially contacted Findlay Toyota and spoke with Yoshi over the phone. He pre qualified me and I went to see him the next day. He was helpful, approachable, and sincere. Since Yoshi was training we had the pleasure of speaking to Michael Rodriguez upon arrival and he handles our deal. His title is " internet sales manager" however he is so much more. Kind, genuine, honest. I cant say enough good things about Mr. Rodriguez and my experience at Findlay Toyota. I have bought cars at other dealerships but I will never go anywhere else again. Please keep up the good work and I hope all the team at Findlay Toyota is as wonderful as Michael Rodriguez is and pleasant to work with as Yoshi was.
The initial visit, which consisted of returning a leased car and signing a new lease, was fine. lt was the aftermath that was -and still is- a nightmare. For years we have gone to Centennial Toyota for all of our cars and have always been very happy. But when people told us to try Findlay Toyota and Jacob we decided that for our next car that is what we would do. Our son-in-law had leased a car almost three years previously from Centennial with my husband as cosigner. Towards the end of the lease he found out he has a rare form of terminal cancer and because his condition was no long able to drive. About this time Findlay Toyota ran a special that if you turned in your old lease and leased a new car from them they waived (or paid, not sure which) the last couple of payments of the old one, so we decided to turn in his car to save him the last payments (he has not been able to work since before he was diagnosed because of the pain) and we would lease a new car for me. Went to Jacob, he was very nice and everything seemed fine. He checked the car we were returning, said everything looked fine (just please bring back the books for the car), took it back and leased us a new car. Then the nightmare began. Our son-in-law received a bill from Toyota Financial that they found two little scratches on the car that needed to be fixed, so he now owed them almost $500 for those repairs and the missing books (which had been returned to the dealership but apparently were never put back in the car). We called Jacob to ask what this was all about, and it was only at that time that he mentioned that Toyota Financial sends a third party out to check the car after it has been turned in. First we asked for the car back so we could find a different solution, but he said it was too late. Then we asked him to please take care of it, since this is the first time we were hearing about it (this was our first experience of returning a leased car). He said he would see what he could do and that is the last we heard from him. Because of the situation with our son-in-law (in addition to having to deal with treatment for his cancer he and our daughter also had a new baby) this matter has not been foremost in our minds (even though it is affecting our credit). Both Toyota Financial and the collection agency they sent the bill to (they have been very understanding and trying to give us time to get it resolved) told us to go back to Jacob and also to speak with the general manager - that as a gesture of good customer service they might take care of the matter for us. Unfortunately, both Jacob and John had the same attitude. They gave us a good deal, they sell lots of cars and this is not their problem. John even asked why we came to his dealership to do the trade if we were so happy with Centennial? If only we had.

I took my cae couple days about a flat tire they said everything is good now a couple days later same tire flat again so my question is do they work in ur car when you take it in for a service or any other stuff. That u need for ur or they just take ur money ..
Great experience all around. I had been in contact with the internet sales division and worked with Mike Rodriguez. He let me know when the make, model and trim level of the vehicle I wanted was available. The financing side was quick and painless, and the green slip was ready for pick up within a week. There was a minor scratch that needed to be buffed out, so when I brought it back, the servicing department knew I was coming in and they took care of it in under and hour. Findlay has figured out the formula for great customer service.

At Findlay I was able to get the right car at the price that I wanted. I am happy with the salesmanship, however was highly disappointed that the warranty I was told that I was getting with the purchase was not actually what I recieved. I felt forced to shell out an extra $3000 for Toyotas extra warrranty to make up for their mistake at selling me something that wasn't actually there.
Gino and Ash were great all through out. They're very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend both, and Findlay, of course.

Me and my Girl went looking for a Rav4...Contacted a salesman and he said come on down. We arrived amd were surrounded by aggressive salesmen. Our original sales guy who we wanted made no attempt to take over sale from a slacker green kid salesboy helping us. He bragged they sold 800 cars a month at dealership. Told us of a 2010 rav4 w 74000 miles that had been traded in. We checked it out. Price quoted was 11500. We put down a deposit .and waited to drive it after used car recondition..Car was posted next day for 10200!
The salesman would not honor there own internet price! TOTAL SCAM ..Ended up buying a 2014 rav4 from a honest dealer..
Mgr. tried to fix it..but hey already bought a car...Findlay Toyota is a HIGH VOLUME DEALER w no time for lowly customer spending only 11500..but yeah rip em off....wonder where extra 1300 was going...oh I know..in the salesmans pay check...he told us the extra 1300 Was a standard reconditioning fee...totally false
Unfortunately my wife and I did not have the best experience. It started off good, but then it ended poorly. We did end up buying a vehicle there, but mainly because I knew what to look for in a van and know that Toyota Siennas are a good quality minivan. Our salesman was John Gartrell. He was nice and welcomed us. I told him we were interested in the minivans, and John began his pressure buying ploys, by saying things like, "these minivans are going quickly", and "I almost sold this one the other day", and "there is a long waiting list to get new ones". It was very annoying to feel that kind of pressure. When you are willing to spend $40,000 on a new vehicle I better not feel pressured. I know it is typical car salesman experience, but I still don't appreciate the lies. John always seemed hesitant to let us test drive them. He was always like, "don't drive far", or "see you in a few minutes", or "I just saw your wife drive by, she should be here soon", when in fact she just pulled out of the parking lot. John never asked me what features I am wanting, or anything else. He asked, "do you have kids?" Yes I do, then he said you are going to love leather seats. I have owned a minivan for nearly 5 years without leather seats and had kids in it, and we were fine, but John didn't ask if that is something we cared about, or if we wanted an entertainment system (which we did). I mean he could have gotten a lot more out of us if he had just asked us.
We came back later in the day and said via text that I was interested in buying the car, but that I wanted to check a few more things of the car, before we buy it. John had already taken it back to get it washed, which is nice, but we had to wait a while before it was ready. We started on paper work, and John said he wouldn't have us sign anything until we got to check the van out again. Well he lied of course, and kept asking us to sign to get our credit checked, and then sign and pay to put a down payment down all before we got to check out the car. I told him no. It was frustrating to feel the pressure. We checked out the car. There was a DVD player in the vehicle, but we couldn't really test the functionality of it at the time (bad mistake), but John said it worked and that we could control it from the front. We should not have believed him, but stupid that he didn't know. You actually have to their $250 remote controller to get full control of the entertainment system!!!!! John will not get us a remote controller unless we pay for it. He says he can't promise getting one, because they are hard to come by. It has been two weeks since the sale, and I have emailed him 5 times about it, but now he will not respond. Also I tried negotiating the price down a little bit. He said he can't come down on it, but that he would throw in an extra key, and that we would have to come back later, and it would take about 1 1/2 hours to program the new key. Once the key got into the dealership, I texted John and said how long will it take to get the key programmed, and he said it is ready to go. It was the other original key form the previous owner!!! So he kept flat out lying to us!!!
The last thing I want to mention is that the finance guy was pretty rude at the end as well. He did well getting things set up, but then he mentioned the dumb extended warranty. I asked him if we needed to sign up for this now, or could we do it later. He said, "you need to do it now, and so it is part of the contract" Which was a complete lie. The price of the warranty was $4000. We initially said no, then he said he could give us a discount of $1000 for being a medical worker. Why didn't he offer that first!!!?? What a liar. We still said no, and then after we finished an hour later, and said if you ever change your mind you can still get the extended warranty!!! What!!!??? Also he made fun of me to another employee for not getting the warranty. What a jerk. I did not like him or John. They have both lied to me. Don't go here, get a Sienna somewhere else!

My experience was by far the best out of the few dealerships I went to. Steen really helped with every process in my purchase, from start to finish. He didn t pressure for a sale like most others would, he listened to my concerns, budget and wants. Providing me with the car buying experience I was looking for. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I inquired about a 2020 rav4. After my initial phone call with the internet sales manager I received no further information. After 24 hours of silence I went to David David Wilson toyota and drove away with a rav4 with an interest rate I would never thought I'd get. Maybe john Barr should change his slogan from "I'll do anything to sell you a car" to "I'm too rich and snobby to deal with people that is a 50/50 probability of getting financed". And this is my third time trying to buy from them. Definitely my last. Don't bother wasting your time here unless you have at least a 700 score. If you have less they'll treat you like you're beneath them.
Darryl Gallow is the best there is! We came a couple hours before closing one night to look for a 4runner and no one bothered to even greet us while we walked around outside by ourselves. Well, Darryl was on his way out and saw us wandering around and asked if we needed help looking at cars. He showed us what he had available and I just KNEW I wanted that 4Runner. We are super busy and are on a tight schedule so most of our communication after that was done via text. I had to return my lease EARLY and purchase a new car. Just one week later, I drove down to pick up my new 4Runner. The next day I dropped off my lease. I was in the financing office maybe 30 mins just signing paperwork because Darryl took the time to go over ALL questions my fiance and I had about pricing. What you see if what you get. Super transparent. Extremely happy with our purchase and all the help provided by Darryl. He is the only one who took us seriously as buyers and didn't brush us off because we look young and rolled up in work-out clothes. Thanks Darryl!

Would not negotiate fairly on a purchase we made for my son. Sales manager Iman took advantage of the situation and noticed that my son really liked the truck and only negotiate $100 of the asking price. Extremely disappointed at this dealership and the way they did business. Since I was helping my son get the truck, I didn t want to let him down so we eventually got the truck. But I will not ever go to this dealership again.

Sale associate and managers just lie to you , they told me one price and ran my credit for way more then what we agreed to, managers reached out to me and there own employees lied to them. After patronizing this dealership's service department, I made the mistake of going to an independent shop. It turned out the prices were as almost identical for the same service. I not only returned to Findlay, but also purchased a Tacoma from salesperson George, who was amazing.
Last time I took my car to get serviced, the right front tire, and right rear tire valve cap wasn't even tightened. The air pressure in my tires was around 37-38 psi, owners manual recommends 33 psi. Even though having loose valve caps is nothing major, it was a disappointment. If the tech didn't tighten the valve cap, what else could he or she have missed? Do I have to worry about my oil filter coming loose, or my wheels? I know their service department is really busy, but I always feel I'm being rushed by the underwriter to get out. Like, here's your car, now hurry up and pay and get out. Also their prices are kind of steep. To replace my engine air filter and cabin air filter, it was priced around $90. I ordered both from Amazon for $24 and did it in five minutes. If they didn't give complimentary lift rides while you wait for your car to be serviced, I would've gone somewhere else.
