I work midnights so having a service center that's open at 0730hrs saves the trouble of trying to arrange for something to do between getting off work until other dealerships open at 0900hrs. While most consider it a perk, I would have liked to have been asked prior to my service if I would like a complimentary wash... I have a softtop wrangler and a CB antenna that the porter put through the automatic wash without my consent. Everything turned out fine, but I would have politely declined if given the offer. Will continue to use this dealership!
