I made a appointment for a tire change and I was told the wait would be about 45 mins and I ended up waiting 2 hours. I saw people come in after me and leave before me!!! 2 hours for a tire???? I ve had issues with the service department before! Terrible communication with the customers! They previously had my car for repairs for over a month due to lack of communication! I ll travel to another location before I ever deal with them again!!! Also not personable or professional! I never get a greeting, smile or anything! I just stand there awkwardly waiting to be acknowledged. I don t feel comfortable at this location! I m extremely upset today. I didn t have 2 hours to waste! Time is valuable!! I could have gotten several things accomplished within 2 hours!
