They are a good start up company trying to get on their feet. Their cameras are really reliable for how they are designed and their software is leading the way for the industry.

Maybe If I was Walmart I might be able to get a return call from this company. I saw one of their cams in a parking lot and wanted to inquire about 1 for my lot. I have been trying to get someone on the phone to give me some pricing for 3 days now. Left 3 messages and I cant get a return call. 1 guy hung up on me after finally reaching him. If my sales dept was this terrible they would be fired.

Great product and amazing customer support. They have obviously fixed the initial staffing a response issues that they had early on!

Original Post: Not sure why I shouldn't give 1 star at this point, but I don't do 1 stars out of principle, because it seems like the person may be really skewed. This company doesn't want new business, or maybe any business, in my opinion. That's the long/short of the story. I've called several times over 5 business days. Most of the time no one answers the phone. 1 time in 5 calls, I got to a sales guy. He said he would send me a quote for 1 unit, to be delivered literally 20 miles from their office, and they still haven't gotten back to me. If you can't even get someone a quote or deliver a unit for a customer, 20 miles from you, what kind of business is this? Too many businesses these days are run PT. This is clearly another one. Their product meets a needs. I've seen it at job sites. I think they'd actually be excited to run this business, get customers, or even just ANSWER THE PHONES DURING BUSINESS HOURS? Hopefully a hungry competitor crops up shortly, because this is admittedly a good idea, just poorly executed. Update: A week later and someone responds from the business. I found another competitor within mins, there are other providers out there. I had a lengthy initial call with the other company. Had a second lengthy call once transferred, and then got transferred to their sales rep in my state. And wouldn't you know, it's been a week and THAT GUY HASN'T CALLED US BACK, LOLLLLL. Apparently this whole "salesmen don't respond" thing is an industry wide thing. I've come to realize that this camera was a luxury and not necessary at this point, so we're moving on and not going to get one and I'll save the $2600. It may be worth giving LiveView a second chance, since it seems their immediate competitor was just as unresponsive. I do think it's ALWAYS smart for a business to respond to negative reviews, and their response does take some ownership of their issues and ask to make it right. That's a good sign.

The company has great potential and there is so much to look forward to.

People are good but backing on the dock door is a hell bcz u have block the two way traffic have to go straight and u turn and then when u get close to docks use ur left side of the road to back up on the road do not enter to the facility until u do u turn if any driver enters will be stuck

What can I say abt Lakeview Tech Quality customer service, knowledgeable sales staff. The surveillance equipment is top of the line. I recommend deploying these devices their a great deterrent and legal documentation for your investments.
