Shelby in the Mckinney office is an amazing person to work with! She has all the answers to any questions you have. She is very helpful with anything you may need. Legendary Customer Service, I have nothing but good things to say about Sheena Heath and her team out of the Lafayette, LA office. Not sure exactly how many are on the team there in that office; Sheena and Melissa Richard have been my main contacts and always a pleasure to work with on moving freight. Janelle Simmons in Business Development also checked in with us recently to see how things were going for us, and as I told her, all good, very happy. We have worked together for years now and I can t even think of one thing right now that would prevent me from quoting freight with them for anything we needed to move. We have used them for Dry Vans, Flatbeds (with and without tarps), and Hot Shot Truckloads. I am happy to have a business relationship with this company and look forward to many more years together.
If they say they are going to handle a load for us, they do.
If they driver is delayed, we are informed.
If the driver is unable to make the pick-up, they find other options.
Things happen, the Transportation Industry has so many variables, you have to roll with the punches, and it is nice to find a company that makes my job a little easier. I let them know what we need and they find the solution. I look forward to each and every encounter with Sheena, Melissa, and the LinQ Transport Team, they are a great group of people.

She posted a load on DAT, that I called on and agreed to the terms.
She did not send the rate confirmation for quiet some time. I called her numerous times to ask where is our contract and she kept saying that they are waiting on info from the "customer".
She dragged this out till the evening, forcing me to lay over the truck.
Next day, when I called and asked where the load contract was, she yelled at me, was very rude and finally slammed the phone on me.
This brokerage, most likely continued shopping for for cheaper carriers, after agreeing to the load terms.
Great company to be a carrier for. Prompt service and solutions, great communication. Renee is excellent she always keep me rolling no matter what and helps my business thrive. She s the best

I work regularly with Sheena @ LinQ on scheduling outbound shipments from our facility. She is awesome to work with! She keeps me updated on when I can expect trucks to pick up the loads and lets me know when they have been delivered on the other end. She is also excellent at finding those needles in a haystack when we have something going to an unpopular lane. Very professional AND dependable. I highly recommend them for your shipping needs!
