The first week of training actually flew by. We got so busy I didn't notice the time. I of course struggled on the first day, had to learn a lot. The coaches are amazing, always focuses on the positives and the progression in my training, so I quickly built in confidence.
You re not evaluated in terms of your results, but the effort and actions you take to get to outstanding results. Someone who works hard and learns can be taught to get better, but a naturally talented person who s lazy can only go as far as their work ethic allows them to. I have to admit that when I applied for this role I looked at the reviews and some other social media platforms, some of the reviews are quite conflicting but after being accept for a possistion I realised that there are always going to be negative people for everything. This company has tought me so much and the management team are awsome. Over the six months that I worked there I had an absolute blast. What a team! What a chance! Ive been working at live innovations for 2 years my experience at live innovation has been great I joined the company to build my personal skills, I have developed many skill sets, becoming more confident to now self believeing that I can achieve the impossible I have gained 3 promotions from being a entry sales and marketing to now assistant manager helping run the company move forward it has a great career prospects and fast pace that's gets you out of your comfort zone, the culture of the company is the best I get to enjoy different team building traveling to Tenerife to the #1 resort in Spain and crew nights that offers networking session and support to help me progress, the only downside to it is that because it's a management training program it requires putting the long hours in it's not a typical 9-5 job
