Absolutely amazing customer service from this company. I have ordered a few times. There was a slight mix up with sizing of a box that I ordered but I was met with such professionalism and understanding. The lady got straight on to it. I was exhibiting at an event where I needed the box and the lady made sure the delivery was there on time. The product itself was of a very high standard but then to have the customer service as well means I will be shopping with them for a very long time. Thank you Tiny Box Company!

I have used the Tiny Box company for several years for all my packaging. I have always been very satisfied with the products, the quality of the printing and customer services. I have ordered plain black gift boxes, bags and jewellery boxes and I have always ordered my printed packaging from them in the past. Recently I have updated my logo and I ordered some new black bags and black earring boxes. But I am really disappointed as the colour of the black earring boxes is very different from the black bags and all the other black boxes I have ordered in the past. And they do not mach with the rest of my packaging. I have ordered the bags and earring boxes together. The earring boxes look dark blue while the bags have a nice black colour. When I contacted them in regards to this issue I have been told that the difference in colour is due the the recycled nature of the packaging and that if I wanted my packaging to match in colours I should look into alternative suppliers!!! I have been told I could get my stamping dies back. But to me this is very disappointing as I was planning to get the full box range from them. I have also ordered some printed labels from them which was not what I asked for, but they offered me a refund on those and sorted out that issue without problems.

I received my boxes today from the Tiny Box Company - 3 days ahead of schedule. I was blown away when I saw them. The quality of the work is excellent and the use of gold foil with my logo on the black box is brilliant. My interaction with the TinyBox Company from beginning to end had been fabulous. I highly recommend them.

Tiny Box Company were absolutely fantastic in getting my order dispatched and delivered. It did take a few extra days for delivery due to the holiday weekend (which is out of their control) but i was not dissapointed in the quality of the product when it did arrive. I ordered small boxes made from recycled material and not only do they fit the job perfectly, they also look lovely! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Absolutely love your boxes which are perfect for so many of my products. The customer service is excellent as they are always helpful, friendly and able to advise me which boxes will fit my needs. If I have any problems they are always proactive and quick to resolve them. The printing quality on the boxes are beautiful and the range of boxes are huge. There is something for everyone!

I can't say enough about the excellent level of service from The Tiny Box Company. Everyone you deal with are always there to help and offer support, and go the extra mile to ensure you have the packaging you want. I love the products they make and having an in house printing and design service is a real bonus, especially when you are a small business and working on a budget. They produce beautiful packaging that is a joy to put in front of customers, who generally say how lovely their parcel looks. I wouldn't go anywhere else for packaging and boxes.

Never received the boxes because the address on the order was incomplete (this was my fault and I accept responsibility for that). However, customer service was poor and slow. Asked for a refund because I did not want to pay for shipping for a second time and was initially refused, it wasn't until I queried this that I got my money back.

I have used them several times. Last time I had a taste of their excellent customer support; the courier lost the shipment so they send a new one with a diferent courier. I had the items in two days at home. Excellent.

Wonderful, truly wonderful service. The boxes are great too! The team at Tiny Box went out their way to assist us when we had miscounted our stock levels for a very important order. They could not have been more responsive and genuinely saved the day.

Very impressed with the service from this company. I needed some jewellery boxes before the weekend. I placed the order on Sunday evening and paid for courier delivery 2-5 working days. I rang the company yesterday (Monday) morning to double check the delivery dates. I was told i should receive my order by Friday. Today (Tuesday) I received my order.

Not only does Tiny Box Company have a spot-on, well-written, interesting and customer-friendly newsletter (try finding one of those on the internet these days) their products are fantastic as is their service. Even though I haven't ordered in awhile, I will be again soon. And how can you possibly resist ordering from a company with such a sweet name.

I have this afternoon (Tuesday) received my gift boxes x9, gift bags x9 & small mesh gift bags x9 and I can only say WOW! This order was only placed on Saturday afternoon after much deliberation on my part - surely something this affordable (I do not want to use the word cheap, as these items are far from cheap looking!) can be real? There s no such thing as a free lunch is there? Well, there is! Amazing quality, exactly what I ordered and supper speedy delivery! AND so affordable, even for a small quantity order like mine. constantly out of stock of a box that we order in the 1000's never ring back when promised and verbal fabrication of incoming stock dates, have many items ready that require this box yet are constantly disappointed at the lack of communication and logistics of this company, having to have the boxes custom made now which adds further delay

We recently ordered from the Tiny Box company and were really impressed with both the quality of the product and the service. The pricing was also fantastic!

We placed an order for 50 boxes to test the water and were really surprised to receive a confirmation of dispatch the same day. Sure enough the boxes arrived the following afternoon.
