I have used the Tiny Box company for several year...

I have used the Tiny Box company for several years for all my packaging. I have always been very satisfied with the products, the quality of the printing and customer services. I have ordered plain black gift boxes, bags and jewellery boxes and I have always ordered my printed packaging from them in the past. Recently I have updated my logo and I ordered some new black bags and black earring boxes. But I am really disappointed as the colour of the black earring boxes is very different from the black bags and all the other black boxes I have ordered in the past. And they do not mach with the rest of my packaging. I have ordered the bags and earring boxes together. The earring boxes look dark blue while the bags have a nice black colour. When I contacted them in regards to this issue I have been told that the difference in colour is due the the recycled nature of the packaging and that if I wanted my packaging to match in colours I should look into alternative suppliers!!! I have been told I could get my stamping dies back. But to me this is very disappointing as I was planning to get the full box range from them. I have also ordered some printed labels from them which was not what I asked for, but they offered me a refund on those and sorted out that issue without problems.
