The place has excellent food. The folks running the place are super friendly. There was a bit of a wait but I'm willing to wait for quality!

I ordered the half family pack with pork, beans and coleslaw. Let me tell you, the pork was delicious! I'm from Texas and as anyone knows, bbq styles differ from state to state. It kind of reminded me of a pork version of mexican barbacoa from home. The beans were good and coleslaw tangy. The prices are great as well. I will definitely be back!

I love all of their selections and had my holiday turkey smoked (it was AMAZING and very cost efficient) - my go to place when I can't get to my favorite place for BBQ!

Their food is always great. My wife and I will drive from Tullahoma to Manchester to get a sandwich. They are always courteous.

The husband said it was good, the green way is right across from it. You can eat then walk off the calories.

If you're looking for a fancy, upscale restaurant with excellent table service and immaculate place settings, this ain't it. But if you want some awesome, grab 'n go BBQ with sides, Porky's Pit is a great option for lunch or dinner. Walk up to the window, order, pay and take your food with you!

Keep in mind that this is old-school and they don't accept cards - bring CASH. If you think that's inconvenient, just know that the flavor that awaits you on the other side is well worth the trouble. Highly recommended!

food was good service good but got home and did not have my beans?? things happen i would get it again but check my bag before leaving.

The food and service were very good! It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and a delicious bbq meal!

Their BBQ is a little different than most but I think it is very good. It has a little bit of "Sausage" flavor which I'm guessing means they have sage in their recipe (?). Quick service usually, its just a drive up though I think they do have one table outside for you to sit at and eat.

Decor and Service "Good" only becasue its not a sit down full service place. BBQ is best in town. When I want BBQ I want pulled pork, nothing else. Their pulled pork is some of the best in Middle TN. Smoky and flavorful.

What they call brisket is just shredded/pulled beef. There was no sign of "bark" or the fattiness that you'd get from real brisket. What they serve is basically shredded beef roast. Major disappointment. The pulled pork was average, at best. It's basically super shredded pork that sits in steam/broth to keep it moist while sitting around.

We love Porky's BBQ! Call in your order, pull up to the drive- thru & dinner is done! The only other thing they need are RIBS !

Great whole in the wall stop! BBQ wasty tasty and plentiful. There are picnic tables out front if you have time for a quick stop. There is even the pleasant smell of hickory smoke to enjoy while eating your dinner!

This place was the best food I had in Tennessee!! Got it up for some delicious brisket sammiches!!

I have ordered from many different BBQ restaurants across the U.S. however nothing comes close to Porky's Pit. It's close to home and the flavor is emaculant. I wouldn't change a thing! I have known the owners for nearly 30 years and they know how to treat the locals cause they are locals. Congrats on having one of the best places in coffee county!!

I sat at the table under the over hang in the rain and had the Pork Sandwich and YES I would do it again. It s the cookin of the meat not the sauce!

Wow I was the last person in line and the lady shuts the window and just leaves. Like hey screw the last customer in line and taking 2 extra mins. Like obviously the customers are not the most important. Well I wont never try and eat there again

Stopped on by on our road trip to Chicago and we re absolutely THRILLED by the pulled pork and bbq sauce. My wife and I split a pound of the pulled pork and it definitely hit the spot. We can t wait to stop again on our way home. Merry Christmas!

I ordered from there once..... Once. Threw most of it in the river. Nastiest stuff I ever tasted. The fish wouldn't even eat it.

Meat was incredibly dry, buns we're old and dry, Cole slaw was souring. Incredibly small menu.

BbQ was tasty, potato salad could use a kick. The white beans were pretty good.

I've lived here for about 13 years now and have never stopped in. Since I've been mentioning this place as a food option I thought I'd best try it. Glad I did. Mediocre beef at best. I ordered what I thought was a half lb of brisket but maybe just 'beef' which would explain the over salted, mushy chuck roast I got

Took about five minutes to get it BTW which would normally be ok but I was the only one there the whole time.

I was told their hot bbq sauce was Franks mixed in the regular, which I ordered and it was meh.

I'll try again with a diff meat and update if results are different.
