She has to keep a clients details current, in order and straight, in such a fashion it is what I would call an absolute nightmare! Yet, she does it with efficiency to detail, courtesy to clients, prompt updates, and the list goes on. This is a testament to her abilities beyond measure! As I said, my work gets intricate and even obnoxious but I would take it any day over what this lady handles. Thank you! You are greatly and completely appreciated!

Kelli kept me informed of the progress of my cases and was always helpful whenever I had a question. She was very knowledgeable about the process of getting through the legalese.

It was nice to be informed of all the procedures being done involving my daughters incident. Although I was not apart of it, I was well informed of all the data involving her and my mother. If I ever do have a need again I know where to come.

I was in an auto accident the summer before last and I hired litster there soon after and things were going great, my medical bills were taken care of and I was even provided a rental car for about a week. Well fast forward to a year and a few months, I've not been contacted at all. I've called to check on my case, art which point the lovely Secretary assures me that, while she may not have the case information, there's a lawyer who does who will call you back. I've gone through calling in and being promised a call back four times now.... With no call backs. EVER. You may think litster is right for you because you've heard the wonderful success stories, just know that may not always be the case and be prepared to wait.
