They work with you not against you they fight for everything that they know you deserve and they work their butts off to help you out and make sure you understand what you can and can't get and tell you what you can and what you should fight for and everybody there even the receptionist or very nice very welcoming they walk you through step-by-step on all of it Tina is really nice she helped me out through everything I could call her she can get it done never had any problems nothing so that be the lady to work with is Tina

what a joke i waited for calls back from them that never came they referred me to a doctor that somehow forgot appointments he made with me causing me to lose hours at work just to arrive at a closed building multiple times and on top of all that after more than a year they settled for less than i could have got by myself and gave most of it to that incompetent doctor they referred me to frustrated doesn't begin to describe how i feel i was treated

My experience with this firm was amazing from start to finish! They took my case a year and a half after my accident when it became clear I was going to end up strapped with tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills. They handled everything. I no longer had to worry about which insurance was paying for what or how it would all be sorted out in the end. They answered every question with genuine commitment to ME. They were prompt to return calls but I rarely ever got voice mail...I nearly always got a live person. Warren was an amazing attorney and he made time for me whenever I needed information directly from my attorney. Great staff...great firm...recommend them 300%. I hope I never need a personal injury firm again in my life, but if I do, I know where I will go!!!!!

I have been waiting on them for a year and a half. They sent out my medical record without permission, Contacted another attorney and discussed MY CASE with them and never communicated with me whatsoever. For a year and a half I have been calling and emailing trying to ask questions and get them going on my case. I have a new attorney looking into my case and it is a total mess thanks to this unorganized law firm.

I'm not happy with the handling of my cases by this firm at all. They don't keep me in the loop even though I have asked to be updated once a month. I have to call in to find out what is going on. Some times one person tells me one thing and another person tells me something completely different. I am so confused as to what is going on with my case. I feel like if they are going to make $1000's off of my pain and suffering, then they should at least earn it. I don't feel like anyone has been attentive and I've been treated like just another case number.
