Hi, my name is Prince I was a recent client of Joe Lister of Lister Frost Injury Lawyers. I was referred to Joe Lister by a friend of mine. I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign downtown colliding with my driver side door and totaling my vehicle.

Before getting an attorney I was constantly being harassed by the opposing side's insurance company. As a business owner, this was taking away precious time from my day that should have been spent on continuing the growth of my company. The moment I hired Joe Lister, the calls stopped immediately. Unpleasant people.
There is no question that the other party is at fault in my case. There is no question that there is liability and that I ve been injured, but because my claim was less than their financial floor for involvement, Lister Frost couldn t be bothered to help me to understand who or how I should contact the other party s insurance company.

I spoke with someone named Quentin who practically threw me off the phone after he determined my case wouldn t be a high enough dollar amount for them.

I was fortunate to find a personable attorney at another well reviewed local law firm who helped me to understand the process and how to navigate a claim with the other party s insurance. He also stated that the dollar amount was low, for a personal injury attorney, but he happily took 10 minutes to help me understand what and who to call so that I could have my thousands in medical bills paid.

I would caution against blindly going with this firm. Best to get a few opinions as there is no doubt, in my experience, Lister are not here for you but for themselves. I don t think it is wise to put your trust in people who operate like they do.

I am skeptical that these people would give anyone except very high dollar claims they attention they deserve.

I would recommend Lister Frost to all my family and friends .if they were ever in need of the best in the business to deal with the insurance companies when an unfortunate accident may cause an injury. My situation was complicated. Without getting into the details, I was in no way equipped to deal with the insurance companies on my own. I had thousands of dollars in medical bills. In the end, all the medical bills were paid and I was compensated for my pain and suffering. I was especially impressed with Mike Slette. He always responded to my phone calls. He took a real interest in how the accident and injuries had an impact on my life. My lawyer, Dan Jenkins did a great job battling for me to maximize my settlement. Through Facebook Messenger I contacted an attorney at this firm, someone I had met over 20 years ago. I told him about some problems I was having at work. He told me that the firm has the best attorney practicing employment law in the state of Idaho. I sent an email detailing my case, I called numerous times. Two weeks have passed, he hasn't called back, he hasn't responded to my emails, he hasn't even responded to my messages through Facebook Messenger. I have no clue who this best employment law attorney in Idaho is. I have not had a chance to consult with anyone at this firm. So Litster Frost, if you still care, I'm still waiting.

They had to check to make sure that I gave him five stars before they handed me my check I give them an honest one star they took forever with everything and they charged me a higher percentage than what they promised me in the very beginning. I hope this comment doesn't get deleted, but I'm sure it will. I got in a wreck in June of 2015. It is now February of 2017 and I'm BARELY getting my stuff sent to me. I FINALLY got an offer of $8,500 and I'm only getting $1,512. I get that there are different things that need to be paid back, but at the same time, I feel like I got ripped off. The only reason I chose to go with these guys was because I heard they were quick and got you the most money possible. Wrong. I wish I would have gone with someone else, but I'd never been through this kind of thing before. Unless you're willing to wait almost 2 years before you get 15% of your money back, I'd suggest going elsewhere. Just my opinion.
