I have to say that I am sincerely impressed by this firm and the excellent care they have been giving to myself and my case. I am amazed and impressed on a continual basis, of the quality and care that I receive from them. On a personal note, I would like to give a tremendous "Shout Out" to a young lady who impresses me thoroughly. Her name is Melanie Commons and she is an AMAZING lady! I have so much respect and compassion for her and what she does on a daily basis. My work entails tedious data entries, major electronic repairs, constantly staying on the curve of all that is new, so that I can stay a step above. But what this young lady has to handle entails meticulous organizational skills in triplicate. She has to keep a clients details current, in order and straight, in such a fashion it is what I would call an absolute nightmare! Yet, she does it with efficiency to detail, courtesy to clients, prompt updates, and the list goes on. This is a testament to her abilities beyond measure! As I said, my work gets intricate and even obnoxious but I would take it any day over what this lady handles. Thank you! You are greatly and completely appreciated!
