I haven't purchased anything from here (yet) but I got a chance to see the artists in action as part of Open House New York weekend which showcases architecture and design throughout NYC. We climbed a spiral staircase to the a studio area where a neon lighting demonstration was being done. The pieces are spectacular.

I would assume this is a by appointment only business but that is a guess based on the very little the people working here communicated other then letting us know we were not welcome.
Repaired a fine art piece with skill and speed. They replaced the broken glass perfectly and not even the owner of the work could see a difference.
