These guys at Record Press are incredible. I dealt with a paralegal named Ramiro Honeywell. I contacted their sales guy Vincent on July 26th 2016 and they had my appeal and brief printed , served on the respondent's attorney and filed with the courts by July 29th 2016. The icing on the cake is that their was a snafu about whether the respondent attorney address was correct. not only did Vincent and Ramiro fedex 2 more copies of the brief and record to the respondent's attorney with an affidavit of service they gave me 2 courtesy copies of the brief and record free of charge. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They are very efficient and organized.
Human Resource is grossly incompetent. As far as playing the middleman role between parties and the court, Record Press is fast becoming outdated, and struggling to stay afloat amidst the new printing and tracking technology available to law firms. There s no future in this company.
