Just need to look at all of the other reviews. They are bias and, do not treat their vets with respect. They rather make a decision on feelings not hard facts. As you can see from the owners response saying i was falling asleep as if that was a fact. What a coward not taking responsibility for their actions. instead they would start making accusations and pointing fingers. grow up take responsibility for your actions.

Employees and staff are very awesome, I would highly recommend them for employment but only if your gaurd hand is strong.If you suck go else where, they only have the best of the best patrolling on their clock

I was in a convince store shopping with my wife 2 security guards came one pulled his gun the other Let the guy go..the one who let him go look at the cashier and ask if i was involve he said no. I almost got killed because of his stupidity..i need a lawyer i am a vet with an honorable discharge. My rights have been violated..this secirity gaurd has also voice out that he HATES gay people..i am suffering from severe ptsd..

I am US Army veteran and these people are so rude and disrepsectful to me. I called the man on the phone to ask him for a manager number and he refused to repaeat the phone. He said if i cant write the phone number at first attempt then i cant be a security officer. HAHA DONT WORK FOR THEM the are rude.

Went for a guard card class and it was real cool. Real stand up bunch of guys who work there.

This company is great to work for, they support their guards, ensure you have, and get the training you need in order to the job your hired to do. The hours are there for you, but you do need to show that you can show up on time in the proper uniform and do your job. Ignore the low reviews from former employees who wre butthurt they ended up not being Lionheart material.

Teach your employees how to drive, I almost got side swiped

Talk enasusem about sexual harassment in training, but during a break the other girl and I looked at each other as the supervisors made sexual comments about a women who had applied earlier.
They would text me because of the problems with robo calla had gotten so bad. I was out of the city working another gig in a crater and phone service was poor, but text was getting out. I sent a text to warn them about the change in the gig and I probably could not make. I text in later confirming that. The scheduler had no problem and they found a replacement. I filled in last minute regularly for them. I come back and I've been fired for texting in.........something no one has ever talked to me about......and where I was out the best way to communicate.
Lion Heart is insecurity, not security and know of several who are leaving the company for similar reasons.

I work for a law firm in the Dana Park Complex and Lionheart is the security company. One of the security guards, Rocio, is a wonderful woman. She knows me because she sees me regularly. Last night, I dropped my Coach purse and did not realize it. She found it, recognized it, and contacted our office at night to let them know. She went the extra mile. She is definitely an asset to Lionheart Security Services.

I use LionHeart Security for two of my Phoenix properties. They do an excellent job keeping the shopping center safe and maintain a positive relationship with the tenants. LionHeart's Security Guards are well trained for all situations and respond in a professional manner. I highly recommend their service.

Lion Heart staff was a great team to report to. Upfront and personal about what was needed and expected by guards... Worked and loved the opportunity given. Had other endeavors which I needed to focus on which was conflicting for me so I had to move on, but was a pleasure working there. Top notch staff.
