Report people without talking to them about the problem.
Talk enasusem about sexual harassment in training, but during a break the other girl and I looked at each other as the supervisors made sexual comments about a women who had applied earlier.
They would text me because of the problems with robo calla had gotten so bad. I was out of the city working another gig in a crater and phone service was poor, but text was getting out. I sent a text to warn them about the change in the gig and I probably could not make. I text in later confirming that. The scheduler had no problem and they found a replacement. I filled in last minute regularly for them. I come back and I've been fired for texting in.........something no one has ever talked to me about......and where I was out the best way to communicate.
