Unbelievable. This is the absolute last time we will be burned by this vendor to the event rental industry. Satin linens this time ordered for a wedding this weekend, we found out that their shipments were delayed, by UPS they claim, (a train stuck, joke!). We called them and they were as rude as rude can be, one suggestion was that they overnight another set, (which then they decided against in the end, nobody wanted to walk down to Fedex office) but we would have to pay for this new set plus the set that they had shipped but were "delayed"!
We have a bride that we will not fail and we are working on other solutions but A1 go back to basics because you simply stink.

We have been using A-1 Tablecloth for many years. Their products and customer service are outstanding! Highly recommend this company!
