November 2019 I flew to Sarasota with one pursuit: find a home to purchase and begin my relocation from California. As an out-of-state and first home buyer, I had a challenging uphill battle and only one week to accomplish the impossible. Beware, very shady. Took a security deposit from me. Did not put money into an escrow trust account. Did not return the deposit back. Made up some excuse for not returning the money. DBPR notified!
