Thank you my Grandparents where very happy with service.

Such a great service, mum cant take taxi's anymore but this service has kept her independence while giving her, and us, the extra support needed.

You deserve zero star since you cancelled four times my trips and your excuse was not having enough drivers. First, your drivers are too old to drive and none of them has Driver Accreditation .Second, why you don,t hire good drivers as far as i know you get money from government and passengers. So no excuse for it

The most disgusting place in the whole world!!! They treat their customers and staff very badly. Shameful!!!

Great volunteer drivers and office staff vehicles well maintained and drivers looking after clients and buses are equipped with seat belts and lifting platforms for wheelchair all in good working order.

Great service and always on time and good value for service for a government funded service, the staff are friendly and praise the volunteers for their hard work. The drivers are friendly and my elderly Father who is 96 always has nothing but praise for the service.
Not sure why people are complaining for a government funded service and volunteers who try hard, perhaps the complainers should go private and stop winging.
