I just bought a house on December 29th. I started out by going to a few open houses. During this time, I met about 4 different agents, who were alk nice. However, Lu Ann Jeffers was the only one to seem interested to work with me. She told me that she would be more than happy to work with me if I wasn't working with anyone else. From there she went above and beyond helping me find the right home for me. She was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to others. Thank you Lu Ann. You are an angel.

Lingle Real Estate has been a household name in Eastern Indiana for many years. My first encounter with real estate at 5 years old was touring properties with a Lingle Agent while my parents were looking for a new home! I have always experienced excellence and professionalism with all I have encountered at Lingle, especially prior to my own real estate business.

Had them over me when I rented from the Winding Ridge apartments. Their servicing was there when you asked for it. And the apartments are in a peaceful and opportune location.

Very disappointed in Caldwell trying to get ahold of them cause they had a house I wanted to rent and went back online and could never get them to come up, it popped up and said company cannot be reached from this website

We worked with Lu Ann Jeffres-she's great-couldn't have done without her. It was my first time of buying a home.

Adequate in most every way. I lived in their North A apartment building, the one connected to the office, for almost a year. The property was well managed, and the staff was generally friendly. I only have two complaints, the apartment in which I lived was not effectively insulated, and the baseboard heating was ineffective despite my, almost, $200 heating bill during the winter. They also do not accept cash on weekends. So when I was moving, had my checks packed, and went to break my lease (moving for school), turn in my keys, and pay the balance on the lease with cash, I was forced to have my mother write a check on my behalf, and give her the cash instead of Lingle. I drove past recently and they seem to have a new owner, or at least changed substantially. Despite this, the rent was exceptionally cheap ($325/month) and the apartment was huge. I wouldn't live in that building again (unless they took steps to insulate the building), but I would do business with them again.

I wouldn't recommend either you call in work orders that nobody ever does. They lady in the office is very unprofessional and so is the company. Stay far away from these rentals.They want renters to fulfill their side of the lease but not them.

This realty company is not forthcoming and has poor business practices. They cannot be trusted. Buyers and sellers beware!

I was VERY pleased with the time and attention Donna Spears gave me in finding the perfect home for me! She went over and above the call of duty and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a hard working agent!!!

From the owner to the realtors this is a top notch place. People bend over backwards to please you and meet your needs.
