Do not answer even after 10 minutes of call, 3 times I try to reach them today when they are OPEN, no answer. Lack of availability. Who hurt their job.

Impossible to join and difficult to obtain information from several calls ....

I tried to contact them all summer! I never had answers! I hung up after 15 minutes of call never having anyone on the phone!
If you are short of employees, the solution is simple, just hire! Or stop being lazy.

Do not answer the phone or emails.

Null search engine, search for a document concerning training courses for college registration as mentioned in the registration form, no results ... the only results are on the exemptions! we can clearly see what concerns the academy!

I went to the rectorate to deposit my VAE booklet to the dava. At the reception, I was very well acceuili and directed to the service concerned.
Arriving at the office about VAE I came across very nice and nice people who welcomed me very well too. The person who took my booklet explained to me the rest of my process.
