The front desk was very pleasant. The paperwork was very clear and easy to understand. It was quick in and out.

They are always professional and I never had a long wait even when I did therapy

Horrible experience I was racially profiled being as I am a black women. I was patted down and hands were touching all on my personal parts, Asked to have not one but TWO people monitor me while taking the TEST. One was a women and another a man. I felt Soooooo uncomfortably I just walked out... crying the original test I took she told me it wasn t LIGHT green it was just green then she through it out, and was VERY DISRESPECTFUL to me. Please If your trying to get a job and have to take it here please find another place that s more sanitary and professional! Please shut down this facility NO ONE THERE HAVE ANY MEDICAL EXPERIENCE WHATS SO EVER.

The person who took my blood was very helpful and nice .

I'M NOT A GUY WHO GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO COMPLAIN BUT HERE IT IS....NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY FOR DOT PHYSICALS. I LIFT WEIGHTS AND BICYCLE. I'M HEALTHY AS A HORSE AND SLEEP VERY WELL AT NIGHT. I WAS GIVEN A 3 MONTH DOT CARD AND TOLD I NEED A SLEEP APNEA TEST BECAUSE MY "NECK SIZE WAS TOO BIG". IF YOU GET LADY DOCTOR YANG YOUPA, YOUR HIT. THEY ALSO TOLD ME I'D BE THERE 1 1/2 HRS. I WAS THERE A LITTLE OVER 3. I WAITED IN EXAM ROOM IN "GOWN SHORTS" FOR 45 MINUTES BEFORE SEEN. I FOUND OUT LATER I OVERPAID BY 40 DOLLARS FOR THE PHYSICAL. ALL TRUTH!!!!!

Terrible. Long waits for minimal care. Lack communication, and don t give much insight on their process. Front desk girl was clearly overwhelmed. I waited 2.5 hours for a tDap and i arrived at opening. Worst place ever. Don t recommend to anyone who needs urgent care

The staff there is great once you reach the back excellent but the overall cleanliness is horrible. Restrooms are not kept up front lobby could be more appealing.

Stopped to have CDL Physical. Never again Most Expensive place Over $100.00 Truck World only $65.00 had to wait 3.5hours. Never again

The nurse and doctor were great, the receptionist was ignorant of certain info pertaining to my specific job requirements and wouldn't ask for the correct information, thus costing me 3 days of work

This facility is very clean and smells good. The staff here is polite and professional. I had a great experience here.

Employment screening took two hours! Nurses were friendly, but very poor organizational service.

I waited a week and the result havent arrived to the company never seen anything taking that long aside from that they got eveything.

Well when i first in the receptionist helped me with all of the paper work where to sign and everything she was very nice. But i didnt get her name but she was very helpful and the young lady that takes the blood was absolutely delightful i enjoyed taking to her. Over all my experience was great!!!! We should have more place like this.

The staff was very pleasant and I was seen for services in a timely manner. They were really fast and efficient I would definitely recommend them.

Doc was really rude and unfriendly she was chinese but the light skinned blk lady was very sweet and professional even them medical assistant exp the one white hillbilly with horrible hair color

This experience was an eye-opening experience to me. It had me questioning myself am I rating myself too high and my rating myself too low. The best of all this experience open up a place where I would have a starting point to focus on future growth. What the future growth I would set out to make an impact on the world.

Very efficient knowledgeable staff. Only snafu was at check in, and the text... should be automatically transmitted on sending back. Shouldn't have to notify front desk its completed. It should automatically go to reception. Because I did not know this, it caused an extra 45 minutes delay. I'll know next time.

When I arrived I was told that it would be an hour it was almost 2 I understand that it was kinda busy all I needed was a drug test people after I got there was waited on & gone so I went to the desk and told them I had to go to work then they got me outta there that was good experience and fast the young man made it great

Overall good experience. They can get a little busy but I had no issues here.

When I arrived at Concentra they made me feel very welcomed. Every one was very friendly even though it was very early in the morning. Concentra was very professional ,compassionate and very hopeful of my situation they listen to my problem and gave me their full attention. The wait time was very short and before you know it I was finish and on my way to pick up my medication. I recommend concentra to all my friends and family.

I was greatly pleased with the cleanliness upon arrival. I was greeted pleasantly as I approached the counter and received service. I was called backed quickly with little to no wait, once behind the counter everything about the process was explained and I was quickly out the door!

Worst experience ever... they will cause you to lose your job

Really friendly and fast ! Will be going there again if I need to for job related tests. I have a slight needle phobia and the nurse was really understanding and nice about it.

I got there fairly close to closing time but everything went smoothly and all of the workers were cordial and efficient.

I went there to get a drug test for a new job. The staff were friendly and efficient. Only thing to be aware of is that it is a shared building and the entrance door for Concentra is on the Northeast side of the building, the side farthest from E 55th.

My right for arm is still bruised in 2 spots were the nurse jabbed me not gently stuck me! twice for a TB test blood drawing, aging skin bruise easily and tears, she should know this. this is not good practice, still in pain from 3 days ago and bruises:,(

Building was clean, the wait wasn t long and the employees were polite and courteous throughout the experience. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because I had to have a TSPOT done and when I called for the hours, the automated system gave the open-close hours but made no mention that certain work was only done between a certain set of hours. I walked in after I got off work and was told I had to come back the next day at least 2 hours earlier in order to have a TSPOT completed. Other than having to make two trips, my overall experience was good.

My Amazon job requires lifting up to 49# boxes but my Concentra doctor said just keep taking ibuprofen 3 x day 24/7, get a thumb brace from Amcare but that I needed no job restrictions
and yet I went
Because of pain due to
injuring my thumb and hand from the job!

This was my first flu shot . The nurse who administered my shot was very professional and courteous , when she gave me the shot it was quick and painless! I won't be afraid to take it next year.
