They steal ur money i owed 160 on rent paid 180 and they failed to take my payment served me with eviction papers yesterday i have two small kids and even if u take the money they can no longer do anything about it they don't care about anybody they want u to live on the street even if u have kids this place is worthless and even eastwood apartments they are not professional at what they do they just sit on there fat asses all day and be nosey they go thru the apt when not there and if u dont open when they come to spray for roaches they directly say u have other people living in the apt they watch who goes into peoples house and if they see people that dont live there they will give u a notice do not rent from this place nor go and live at eastwood apts they are the worst places to go to

Amazing company!! The management teams at The Link...

Amazing company!! The management teams at The Links on Memorial in Bixby as well as The Greens in Owasso are so kind. Very friendly and attentive. Always quick to fix any issues that arise (although I haven't had any in several months). They really go the extra mile to take care of their tenants. I'm a single mom and my son is three. The environment that they provide and the way they maintain the grounds is very professional and family friendly. Nice apartments for a reasonable price. Very happy with my experience with this company and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I could write for days about how miserable it has ...

I could write for days about how miserable it has been to live at a Lindsey property. My experiences have been in Doubletree. Things were fine for the first year, but after getting a series of horrible neighbors things got unbearable. I have been harrassed, robbed (by a security defect that Lindsey should have fixed without being told), physically assulted on two different occasions. All over the course of 4 months before these people were evicted. I handled none of this on my own, I let law inforcemnt and management handle it. Nothing got done for months. Just recently my door was kicked in and the police nor management did anything. I mentioned moving out as soon as possible and they said that was fine. But then went back and told me that I could not break my lease and have to continue paying after fearing for my own safety and nothing being done about it. My apartment is also infested with roaches. I continue to use my own money to try to get rid of them, as well as obsesive cleaning to keep them gone. Nothing has been done. I could go on. My point is, anywhere would be better than living here. Bad neighbors. Bad managment who will not enforce rules or correct issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am told all properties are this way. Unsure about houses and duplexes. But stay away from all apartments.

As all the other reviewers has said run while you still can. I have lived at their rental properties for the past 3 years because student housing is just not an option price wise for me and let me tell you that all three years have thoroughly sucked. They never fix anything properly but merely put a "band aid" on the problem, never give you accurate or consistent information, lie to your face, take your deposit upon vague and inaccurate grounds, and do anything else they can to cheat and rob you. They really need to be shut down for unethical practices.

I have been living here in the Fayetteville apartment complex for 3 years now. I never had a problem until today. I understand the new precautions due to COVID-19 for their pool. Yesterday (June 5,2020), when I checked in, I was asked for my apartment building number and apartment number. This gentleman took my name (who is on the lease), my brother (who lives with me not on the lease), and just noted my sister (under age 16) but did not take her name down. We we on and had a great day at the pool. Today, (June 6,2020) at about 4 p.m. the same thing, check-in process was the same as yesterday. A women took my name, my brother's name and then took my sisters name down. About 10-15 minutes later, I was told my brother and sister had to leave pool because they were not added on the lease a different women. I asked, even if they live with me, they have to be added to the lease. This women said yes, and on our way out the pool, a family (Caucasian) approaches us and ask what the issue was. I explained and they said they never added their kids to the lease. I shrugged it off, but when we were approached by another couple (Caucasian), and they said only one of them are on the lease. It became apparent. I asked if anyone approached them about it, and they said no. So we stayed for about 10 minutes longer. The same lady that took our name down, came to us and said "y'all need to leave now, no guests are allowed" (very rude manner) It became apparent. We were not wanted there. I completely understand the rules, if it was enforced for all residents, but this was not the case.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Not a single thing I asked to have fixed has been fixed in over two years of tenancy, with the exception of the replacement of a lock cylinder (because they would be liable if someone broke in...) Multiple requests, online, over the telephone, and in person have been made. Apartment, building, and site maintenance are nearly non-existent. Sidewalks and stairs are never salted when it's icy. They will cut corners anywhere they can get away with to save a nickel. My door lock went bad and they went and grabbed another cylinder that was clearly very old and heavily used. Likely the replacement won't last very long either. My next door neighbors lock went out that same week, for reference.

Bottom line: Only rent from Lindsey if you have no other choice. They will do as little for you as possible and only care about profit.

They don't deserve a star or even the thought of getting one! ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENT PLACES EVER!!! Maintenance people are not worth a penny, you'll call and call to get things fixed put in multiple paper work and nothing ever gets fixed! I've called 12 times in the past 3 months at 4am bc my upstairs neighbors are throwing parties and people off the balcony drunk and high! They don't care about the ones renting out apartments just their money! And they don't care about if one of there own employees come into your home while your away and go through your things. I've asked to change my locks 4 times today before I leave for work since 8am and still nothing has happened, I have someone walking into my apartment with an old key from BEFORE I moved in taking my things. Like I said WORST place possible to live! If you're smart find another apartment place!

These people are crooks. I strongly urge you to avoid any Lindsey Management property period, especially such as The Links in Lawrence, KS or the Greens at Owasso in Tulsa, OK. This company is widely known for stealing money from tenants through keeping security deposits for bogus reasons. They will even keep your security deposit when you apply for an apartment even if you decide not to sign the lease or move in. If you do not pay the fees, they will send it to a collections agency called Southwest Credit Systems and add on an additional $50 dispute fee. They charge people exorbitant fees even when the apartment has already been re-rented to a new tenant. Their apartments are in poor condition and they do not fix anything. Calling the corporate office will usually not help as they are the same people that created all of these corrupt practices. Plus, the customer service at the corporate level is abysmal and the employees are beyond rude. Also, They do a lot of illegal and unethical things to their tenants and they should be reported to the Attorney General's office and the BBB. I have reported them and I encourage others to do so as well.

The Doubletree apartments on Easy Street in Rogers...

The Doubletree apartments on Easy Street in Rogers, AR are by far the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. There is definitely a reason they are cheap. The first day I moved in a plumber used a credit card to help me get into the apartment because the key they gave me did not work, I changed the lock because the lock would not lock and even if it would I had no key. I couldn't get in touch with any management to help with my door. I had cockroaches the entire year I lived there and did everything I could to get rid of them, but if the people beside you aren't taking action and management isn't either, it will be a waste of money and time. My apartment was flooded by the washer, toilet, and dishwasher 3 separate times. All due to part malfunctions. There were stray cats around my door, nothing was fixed on the maintenance sheet I filled out. The air conditioning panel in the bathroom leaked and when they came to look at it, the maintenance man said it was just condensation, needless to say we poured almost 10-15 gallons of chemical water every week that leaked from the air condition panel before we moved out. There was black mold growing above the shower. My bedroom window was nailed shut when we moved in and was never fixed. I DO NOT recommend these apartments to ANYONE! I would rather live in a box on the street then live in this place!

Automatically assume your deposit will never come ...

Automatically assume your deposit will never come back to you, as others have mentioned. Even if you leave the place in perfect condition. They also ALWAYS take out a repainting fee, though they don't allow you to paint your own apartment even neutral colors... and even if your walls obviously don't need repainting. Everything in your deposit will be used with some vague description as to what it's being used for. Management is obviously underpaid and acts the way they do because I guess they don't get paid enough to do anything more than minimal. Their corporate is immaculate - totally decked out luxurious yet they raise rent EVERY year. False advertise many features of their apartments. I guess the fact they only have a 1.4 star rating says it all.

I rented a house, broke my lease, due to circumstances beyond my control, and they sent me to collections for things I didn't owe. I paid my rent every month, for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Well, the 6 months that I lived there, only 1 bathroom worked. They attempted to fix the toilet several times, and at one point, left the toilet sitting in my KITCHEN for almost a week!!! I believe that is a health code violation. I still have the pics for proof. I am writing this because I was wrongly charged for allot of things, and now this has ruined my credit!!!!. But the worst thing I am being charged for is PAINTING the inside of the house - $1000. The house was not completely painted when I moved in....I have witnesses all up and down the neighborhood who will testify! They are also accusing me of UNPAID rent, total LIES. They kept my deposit, and rented the house the following month ~ I owe nothing. I was turned down on a loan because of $542.00 that I never should have been charged with in the first place. I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO LET EVERYONE I KNOW ~ DO NOT RENT FROM LINDSEY MANAGEMENT!!! And so far, they have all taken my advise. Facebook is sure a good way to spread the word that lindsey management will screw you over!!! And all my posts are PUBLIC!!!! I WANT THIS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT AND WILL CONTINUE TO POST ON THIS SITE UNTIL IT IS. WHEN THE COLLECTION AGENCY CALLS ME, I POST ON HERE!!! This month, October 2017, I paid my rent one day early by check directly to the apartment manager at Cliffs I and I still got a note on my door threatening me with eviction for "late fees". If I could give less than 1 star I would. Came home to my apartment with my 5 month old to my door being unlocked, my apartment trashed and items stolen. No one else has a key and I had only been in the apartment 2 weeks. Police informed me that they have break ins all the time here. I was informed by the property manager that a welcome committee came by to drop off a welcome gift but they were sure they locked the door. Either they didn't, locks weren't changed prior to me moving in or someone on staff did it.

Contacted Lindsey Management about transferring my deposit to a different property or a front apartment in which the rude Resident Relations Manager kept cutting me off saying I'd have to pay another deposit which is unacceptable. You charge an automatic $160 to clean so you want to pay another deposit send me MAYBE $160 less my deposit if you send it at all, then once I leave where I transfer to hit me for another $160. They will be hearing from my lawyer next week. Not to mention the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Complaint Commission. I should not be held responsible for neglect on the properties part and you can't provide a safe environment for me or my son.

I've had this severe water damage on building 2110 in the Chestnut 2 Apartments for months. The maintenance personnel came to look at it a month ago. I sent in a maintenance request a week ago. They say they'll get to non-emergency repairs "within 24 hours". This is a bold-faced lie.

We had two criminal experiences at our apartment complex (we filed police reports as well). I contacted my apartment office to inform them and asked if there was any way we could re-evaluate our lease conditions due to not feeling safe. They told us to contact their management company (Lindsey Management). I was on hold with Lindsey management for 30 minutes before being forced to leave a voicemail. They finally called me back 5 minutes before they closed and I explained the situation to the lady on the phone. She was very rude and didn t seem to care about the details of my concern at all. She just said that the apartment complex is not responsible for our safety and that we can not look into the terms of our lease. I understand if this is the case for these situations but for a public relations department, this person was very rude/short with me and she didn t even know the terms of our lease. She seemed to not care at all about me being a customer and I am very disappointed. I do not recommend going with any Lindsey Management properties.

Ive lived at Lindsey off and on over the last 18 years(Chestnut 1&2, The Park (was the best), Cornerstone). Ive never had any issues with managers nor maintenance requests. When I put in orders they come and fix them promptly. Sometimes I would fix it if I could just because I didnt want no one in my apartment. The only problem I had was with neighbors visitors thumping cigarettes on my patio. After taking pics and cleaning it up. The managers sent flyers about the situation. I dont like parking sometimes and had dealt with vandalism once but as far as the managers they were nice and friendly.

I stay in the links apartments at Jonesboro. I ve called and complained survival times about things not getting done for this rent to be this expensive. I made complaint after complaint and finally called corporate today to complain about the unprofessional behavior and receive the same unprofessional behavior from them. All they did was take up for why they haven t came and showed up to fix my air conditioning and i have a Newborn in the house! These people are very selfish and doesn t care about anyone well-being if they had a newborn i bet they house wouldn t go without air ! Do not rent from no Lindsey Management property ever!

I applied at Valley Lake apartments and my application was accepted. I took a tour and thought that the property was fairly standard for such a low rent complex. I asked to see a lease and was told that they do not let anyone see a lease or even a "sample lease" until a $200 "non-refundable deposit" is paid. I couldn't believe that this was actually the policy, so I called Lindsey Management and they confirmed that this was company wide policy. I do not believe this is legal. They have earned my 1 star review with this highly unethical practice.

Nothing but trouble at the Greens at the Rock in North Little Rock. I live on the 2nd floor out of a 3 story building and the people above me have 3 boys that play basketball day and night and the people below me smoke pot constantly making my apartment smell like it too. I've complained many times about the noise upstairs and management says they will tell them to stop but they never do. I've called about the marijuana stinking up my apartment and I'm told to call the police. I call the police and they want to know why I call them and not the managers. So no one is doing anything about the problem. The rent there is outrageous to have to deal with this nonsense. Also it is supposed to be a no pet property but you see lots of people walking their dogs early morning or late at night. My air conditioner quit the month I moved in and the manager/AC guy came and put Freon in it knowing it leaks and said well I hope that holds over the weekend because I won't be back to fix it. Of course it didn't hold and we were roasting in July. I was told I could buy out my lease by paying 3 months worth of rent plus the free month that I got at the beginning of the lease. Who has $3,340 to buy out a lease? What a rip off! And to top it off the Maumelle post office is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. They don't leave packages in the lock boxes and they don't leave notices telling you that you have a package at the post office either. I had a package that the mailman said was delivered to my box that I never got and couldn't get a refund from the shipper because the tracking info says I received it. The traffic trying to get in and out of Maumelle Blvd is terrible so don't even consider moving to this area. I wish I had read other peoples comments before I had signed my lease. Hopefully this helps someone else to decide to go somewhere else.

Like say for example you find out your apartment is covered in mold and the property manager doesn't do anything but make excuses and procrastinate. So you goto corporate to try to reach a solution and have the unfortunate privilege of talking to Jamie H.(who spells her name stupid) Who I have no idea how she made it so far in her professional career and will without a doubt leave you with the worst customer service. I mean this lady was yelling at my pregnant girlfriend, who does that? Anyway long story short save your money and time, try Sweetser, Pryor, Legacy, Pierce any of the other great real estate companies in Fayetteville. DON'T CHOOSE LINDSEY

First of all, if there was anything less than one star I would choose that option. I won't bore my readers with a long story just know their customer service is garbage. They'll do everything in their power to not take your phone call. They raise the rent every year even though they have no plans to improve anything. They are a joke. I've never felt so unimportant as a customer.

Worst place to rent. They'll take your deposit and won't explain to you why. They're charging me $450 bc the carpet was "filthy" they needed to change it bf we moved in and told us they couldn't change it until it was vacated. So I'm being charged $450+ And they took my $300 deposit.

Same deal...kept security deposit and we never moved in. Dog never even set one paw on the place and they still kept security deposit.

Without question, THE MOST UNETHICAL apartment management complex you can imagine.

DO NOT rent from this place - don't even bother to look. They lure you with golf but the apartments are trash, management is trash and you'll never see your deposit again. It's not a deposit, it's a donation. Net - they STOLE $500 in deposit money and got away with it. There's a special place for you folks - it will catch up with you.

RENTERS BEWARE! This company will rip you off when you try to move out! I am being charged exorbitant amounts for so-called damages to the apartment and they are unwilling to negotiate. My daughter made two small stains on the carpet and they are charging me over $1,000 to replace the entire apartment worth of carpet! I was charged close to $2,000 for damages and fees after my 2 year lease with the company. I disputed the charges and they are unwilling to negotiate a fair and reasonable amount! I am now hiring a lawyer because I would rather pay a a lawyer $1,000 rather than give them $0.01! I agreed to pay for the carpet damage and replace the carpet in the bedroom where the damage occurred although they are insisting that I pay to replace the entire apartments carpet! In addition, they charged painting fees paint supplies, cleaning fees, excetera and I left the apartment immaculate...(minus the aforementioned carpet damage) I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT THEY SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTIONS 8 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED THE BILL IN THE MAIL!... NOT EVEN GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY IT!

After retiring from 23 years of total servive in the Regular Army and Active Duty Army National Guard in a Title 10 US Code status (Just Like the Regular Army or Marines) I recieved a Bill for $4000 for early termination of Lease. This is covered under the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act. I was told that since I was National Guard that I didn't Qualify for this. Terrible Customer Relations and I will be seeking Legal Assistance from the Fallon Naval Air Station since I am Retired Active Duty not a Grey Area Retiree from title 32 or Traditional M-Day Army National Guard Status.

Horrible Management, In a year of living there I had 3 different Complex Managers. This place is Terrible. I had to reclean the place before I could even move in! I would not recommend this Place!

If I could give a rating of less than one star I would, but I will never rent from this POS company again.

Charged a full month's rent even though my lease expired and I wasn't in the property for the full month.

No damage whatsoever to apt, hired a professional maid service to come in and clean the apt after I moved out and still did not see one dime of my deposit back.

This is the worst company ever to rent from THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU !!!!!!!! My son put a deposit down on a apartment. The complex manager said the apartment would be ready at the first of the next month. My son called the complex to make sure that the apartment he had put the deposit down on was going to be ready and the manager said that it WOULD NOT be ready and it would take 30 days to get the deposit back. At this point my son called the corporate to see why it was going to take 30 days to get his money back Finally after 2 days someone from corporate called him and said that the deposit was nonrefundable because the complex manager had put on the form that they offered my son a apartment. That was a lie they told him the apartment was not going to be ready for him to move into. The complex manager told my son that they MIGHT have a 1 bedroom ready at the first of the month I guess that was offering my son a apartment. That is how this corrupt company works. STAY AWAY

If I could give this management company no stars I would. I lived at the Cliffs III apartment back in 2015. When I moved I asked the manager of the property if I owed an amount and she said no. Flash forward to 2016 I learn that there is a collection on my credit report. I am confused because I didn't owe anyone. The cliffs said that I owed them $217 and instead of contacting me (which they said they did but I NEVER received any contact from them about this) they sent the amount to collection. Once I learned of the amount I paid it. Flash forward to 2018 I am being denied from an apartment because of that collection. I call the collection agency and they tell me that even though I paid the collection TWO years ago it will remain on my credit report for SEVEN years. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. For $217 my credit report has a collection on it for seven years all because this apartment complex did not communicate properly with me. I would advise no one to live at the Cliffs III apartments or to rent from Lindsey Management.

Lindsey Management explicitly states in their lease agreement that if they are going to access your apartment for any reason they will give you notice. They sent a paint crew out to paint our apartment and didn't give the tenants any notice that this was happening. The stuff on my balcony was removed so the painters could paint. Our items were left on the ground outside of our apartment and ultimately were stolen. I have talked to several tenants within the same building who also did not receive any notice of the paint crew that was coming. Their negligence led to our property loss and now they are saying they will not do anything about it. When I called customer relations I was greeted with a very rude employee (supervisor). I've also had a leak in my AC for 2 months that hasn't been fixed. - Dylan James

Bad place to live and work. When i left the company i was charged for tools that i purchased myself. I told them that i had receipts for ever purchase and i was charged anyway. My former maintenance guy told me that my manager made paperwork shortly after i had called the headquarters and they called me back stating that my proof of the tools being mine was irrelevant because the management of the property had paperwork against it. When i told them that i already knew that they just made the paperwork they refused to even acknowledge it. And i was also charged for work shirts that i had already turned in. But they eventually took that payment off. Now when i call it's the same routine. They answer transfer me and i get a voicemail. Also beware of the black mold that they only spray over and not clean. I actually got in trouble for replacing moldy vents instead of spraying over them once. And since then they did a weekly inventory of the vents. Also the manager that i worked for has been accused of being caught, stealing, and hanging womens panties on their front doors. He's been drunk on the job and a fire marshal has reported this. Headquaters knew about this and as to date he's still an employee. Not to mention he's in prison for trafficking drugs through international waters and still managed to get a job with them.

After i left my apartment i asked if there was a ballance i owed i got a money oreder and paid them the money order cleard so i know they were paid but 3 years later i have a collection on my credit report for the same amout i have allready paid when u try to contact them and ask for resident relations they hang up on you. I have been living in a Lindsey Management propert...

I have been living in a Lindsey Management property since September and I absolutely love it! I think that each and every review is based on an experience solely related to a person or group of people; that doesn't represent ALL of Lindsey Management company.

I have a great relationship with the office staff who are always willing to hear about any concerns I might have (and there haven't been more than a few - my blinds broke is one) and anything that does need to be repaired or replaced always is. My heater went out at 6:00 p.m. on a Tuesday during the holiday season, and they allowed my family to stay in their model apartment for the night (their suggestion). By 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, it was already being repaired.

I know that there are a lot of negative comments, and I have read all of them, but they are not at all comparable to my experience. I have no doubt that I will be residing in a Lindsey Management property until I decide I want to move, not because I feel I have to due to the office/maintenance staff or management.

Also, just a quick note on deposits. The deposit is non-refundable because it's for mandatory preparedness for the next tenant (steam clean, paint, etc.) If there are certain things that aren't necessary and they have money left from the deposit, you do get it back. That is why their deposits are so low. I have always had to pay the cost of a month's rent as a deposit anywhere I have rented in the past. Typically, you would receive a portion of the deposit if there was no damage, but almost always there was an amount taken for cleaning.

The people in corporate are one of the rudest most incompetent people I ve ever encountered. If you ever talk to the resident relations department prepare to deal with the nastiest attitude just because they don t know how to do their own damn job. If I could give them 0 stars I would. But obviously they do not care to fix themselves since their ratings are below average. Pathetic.

This is the most messed up company I have ever rented from. They cashed my rent for the month and now are trying to evict me for "not paying rent." My bank statement even says that my check went through. Also I contacted them about 2 times about the dishwasher being broken. They never contacted back or even bothered to send some to look at it. And now mold is in it. And I have a baby in the house. Lindsey is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I'll never rent from them again.

I will also be contacting the attorney general of Arkansas as strongly recommended by the BBB. The corporation management is just as crooked as the management they have placed in the apartment offices.

On February 2006, I broke my first lease due to receiving orders for military service and the manager at the time was rather rude about the process even after seeing my orders.

There have been zero improvements to their facility known as Shadowlake since 2006, and I noticed this when I was a return tenant in 2015. In fact, various parts of the apartment were in disrepair when I signed on. The air conditioner, dryer, bath tub, and kitchen sink all had issues. I filed work orders online, only to have the online system lose them and the manager claim that they were never filed. Once the lack of repairs led to living without air conditioning or a working sink in the summer of 2015, my complaints to corporate led to very rude, confrontational behavior from a member of maintenance staff.

On September 1, 2015, I was forced to break my second lease early due to medical issues arising from military-service-related injuries in the past causing me to lose my job. No amount of proof convinced the new manager, resident relations, or corporate that I did not owe money because it was not my choice to break the lease. I had been forced to because Veteran's Affairs failed to process my appeal for disability in a timely manner.

A couple of months later, a bill collector harassed several members of my family, claiming that I owed a debt. This breach of privacy on behalf of Lindsey Management caused family drama leading to a full revealing of my medical issues to my parents against my will.

It is my belief based on my personal experiences that Lindsey Management is one of the very worst businesses in the country and has no business doing business with anyone in the United States ever again. They are actively participating in extortion tactics and I encourage all other unhappy customers to begin the Fair Housing Complaint Process and contact their state's respective Attorney General.

Reconsider your apartment choice immediately. If you apply for an apartment, they will tell you that there is availability for that specific apartment that you want. They will make you go through the application fee, and then essentially give the apartment away to someone else. Do NOT waste your time, or money. They will keep your money and NOT give it back. Very unprofessional staff that do not know the lettering of the contract. Do NOT consider this management company.

Review of Lindsey (lack of) management and Lakes at hurricane Creek apartments in Benton.....

My daughter has been at these apartments for nearly a year. For the last 8 months she has complained of mold and that it was causing her to be sick. We have been in and out of the doctors office and every time the management team sends someone to the apartment they just put paint over the mold. This has happened 3-4 times. FINALLY they actually test for mold and tell her it was POSITIVE but refuse to let her see the test results so she can take them to her doctor. All we have asked for is to either let her out of her lease and return her deposit or put her in different apartment. Neither which are out of line for what she has gone through. 8 MONTHS OF SICKNESS AND COMPLAINTS OF MOLD AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL DO NOTHING. LINDSEY MANAGEMENT AND THE TEAM AT THIS COMPLEX ARE A JOKE. Before getting an apartment here be sure to have it checked for MOLD and read all reviews concerning Lindsey Management apartments.

Links in Ft. Smith rented me an unfurnished apartment took my deposit + app fee . then called me back and told me they made a mistake, it was a furnished apartment. Promised my deposit back but I haven't seen it nor my app fee.
If they do this to 100 people a month with every property they own they are making hundreds of thousands of dollars every month.

Lindsey management has zero concerned not only for its customers but it's tenants as well. I have attempted multiple times to speak to their customer service representatives. Each attempt end's more portly in the first. Last time I spoke to the head of their customer service department she actually left me off the phone explained to me that she will be concerned about my concerns when they're actually a legal issue. Doesn't that spell great customer service...
To all potential apartment owners and property owners I would not use Lindsey management if my life depended on it not only will they run your property into the ground they will literally make you untouchable for all potential renters.

Absolute worst! I'm only giving 1 start because i can't give zero. I've lived in a couple other apartments and have never experienced such poor resident relations.
Complaint #1- Apparently the mail boxes were getting broken into (it was a nice area so i'm assuming it was just kids being punks or something.) Because of this, the post office was no longer able to deliver any packages to the parcel boxes. Every single package i ever ordered was not delivered due to "unsafe area to leave packages" Super frustrating. The post office said that the apartment complex was working on a solution to A. fix the parcel boxes and B. make it more secure (cameras or something). i lived there for a year and it was never corrected. For as much rent as i paid, i figured i should at least be able to get my mail, right?
Complaint #2- Office never seemed to take any reports seriously and i always seemed to get different answers. One person told me i couldn't use the hot tub after it got dark in the winter. Another said i could. i would have to call to make sure that the office rep at the time was going to let us get in before i show up.
Complaint #3- Maint/Pest control (not sure which one) would track dirt into my apartment when coming do sprays or maint work. Very frustrating. Apartment was not very clean when i moved in. Reported numerous things. BE SURE TO PUT EVERYTHING ON YOUR WALK THROUGH BEFORE MOVE IN! We found a cigarette in the toilet on day 1?!!
Complaint #4- Be prepared to have your rent drafted each month like clockwork but then when it's time to get your deposit back (well whats left of it because they take out a $160 cleaning fee!) don't plan on getting back anytime soon. Oh and if you need to call the property management office, you'll be lied to by Debbie and Sarah in resident relations department. Tried to convince me that mail would take up to 2 weeks to get to mail from Arkansas to Oklahoma and that she mailed it a week and half ago. Finally got my check and it was post dated the day i called back. Which was 2 weeks after i originally called and almost 2 months after moving out of my apartment. On top of that, it was written to the wrong last name, though i changed my name months before moving out.
I could go on and on. i seriously have so much more but if you're still reading then you've endured this way too long review enough. I'm sure there is a much better community owned by a local property management company that you can find. Don't settle for any of their properties and poor customer service. It's TERRIBLE!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! We have lived here for about a year and a half and have dealt with Lindsey Management on several issues. The Christmas before last, I had Christmas dinner without a working stove or dryer thanks to Deer Run. They do not keep parts on hand for their appliances and are unable to fix them in a reasonable amount of time. Not to mention, they do not replace old appliances. Our dryer has cracked plastic inside that rips up clothing. The management is rude and unresponsive to customer service complaints, even on a corporate level. My most recent issue was that there were notices put on our door to either vacate near the end of he month or renew our lease. We were in the middle of closing on a house and were not sure whether it would close in time so we postponed contacting the office about this issue until after we were sure we would close in time. Yesterday, there was another notice which had a handwritten message added that we would lose our security deposit if we did not notify the office within 30 days of our move out date that we would be vacating. They waited to inform us of this until well after the thirty day mark, even though they had posted the notices about five times well before the thirty day mark and could have reminded us then. They clearly wanted to keep the security deposit at our expense and it was a very sleazy business move which they back up by saying that it was specified in the lease we signed a year and a half ago. Were they under a legal obligation to inform us? No. However, it shows that they clearly do not care about their tenants considering they could have reminded us about this and chose not to to keep $250. I spoke with both the office manager and with a corporate manager about the issue and they were rude and did not care. I asked if a new policy would be implemented to inform other tenants of this policy on the notices before the thirty day period and they said no. This company has no integrity or customer service skills and nobody should rent from them. I m addition, the apartment is well known for cockroach issues as well as bedbugs. If I owned this company, I would be working harder to implement better customer service and hire managers that cared about the well being of their tenants rather than only caring about money and legal minimum requirements. If they understood basic principles of management they would understand that refunding the security deposit would cost them less than the negative reviews that will result from their lack of customer service, and I explained this to them, but they do not care.

Wow I'm shocked at the things I read about the apartments. I I've lived in my apartment at lost springs in Rogers for over 9 1/2 years. The couple that manages these care about the tenants!!!! Even had maintenance come fix my AC at 10:30 pm recently because it was so hot outside. I have zero complaints. Friendly and professional over here! Clean grounds, rules enforced for everyone's safety and to keep this place beautiful.Thanks Dennis and Ava for making my "home a" great place to live. Excellent community! On September 2 I placed a $250 deposit with the apartment complex for a unit that was available. I gave my current landlord notice that I would be moving out at the end of the month. On September 14, one of the staff members, Holly, called and said the tenants that were vacating the unit decided to stay and that I no longer had a unit available. I called back on September 16 to see what options were available, since the plan to move out had already been set in motion and it was the middle of the month. Janice, the office manager, apologized and offered my refund back or put me on the waiting list for November. I told her I would have to explore my options considering I had to be out of my current residence regardless of what they had going on. During the interim I made other arrangements. Holly called on September 18 to let me know an apartment had become available I informed her that I would have to let her know. On September 22 she called and gave me the information about setting up a time to sign my lease and gave me the paper work for setting up utilities that needed to be completed prior to the appointment. I, again informed her that I would need to get back with her. On September 29 I informed the complex definitively that I would not require their unit and requested my deposit. Mercedes informed me that they would not return my deposit. I asked to speak with the office manager. Janice gave me the same information. When I asked for her supervisor's name and contact information she became irate and eventually gave me a phone number to call. I told her I had more questions and as I was asking one she hung up on me in the middle of my question. I called the resident relations department and asked to speak with the supervisor of the department. Maria, offered her assistance. I asked the name supervisor of the department and she said she could not divulge that information, but she could put a request in for her to call me. I told her the same information as stated above and she gave me the same policy information and informed me that was the agreement during the application process. I replied that I understood, however, her business failed to uphold their end and considering this series of events was initiated by their business, the time sensitivity of the matter at hand, and the fact that I was told that I would get my deposit refunded and was never told at any time that there were circumstances when I wouldn't that I needed this issue resolved and requested her supervisor contact me.

Lindsey is a joke.They don t care about the people that are renting from them. My water bill is $290 which is 6x more than my normal, because they can t find a problem it falls on me. I ve had several issues in the past with my water (underground issues, etc). Do yourself a favor and find a property not owned by them. They have a one star rating and bad reputation for a reason!!!

What can I say that hasn t already been said...it s all true. I will say all the maintenance guys are awesome, sad they have to work for a crooked company. NWA is amazing and this company is one of the few things ruining it. The influx of people caused the rental rate for the nice places to go up so those who can t afford it or want to save money are stuck with Lindsey. They are good at first, but as you can see we all learn eventually. Your deposit is gone from day one. My experience at Vantage is that when I had a problem with them. Dee Dee and I set up a meeting, she avoided me and when I called she said she wasn t showing up. The final straw was with my friend at the Cliffs. She has bad anxiety and can t handle high stress confrontations and she thought she signed a month to month during a very stressful time and after she realized she didn t, I tried to help figure out a solution and go talk them with her. She lived there for 2 years and never gave them a problem, we tried to see if we can work something out but all they ever did was threaten with collections, I started using big words and explaining to them her rights as a tenant and her situation. The guy at the front desk was in shock that I was not backing down and kept going to the backroom to talk to his manager, Brittany. They didn t want to deal with someone who could stand up to them and decided to going back to bullying my friend, whose anxiety had kicked back, she couldn t talk so when I tried to explain to them what s going on they refused to talk anymore and said they ll only talk to her. We left and realized we forgot our papers so we went back and I overheard the guy bad mouthing me and when I called him out, he got quiet refused to step outside the backroom and had a maintenance guy bring her papers. What a joke. You probably can t avoid dealing with them but know you ll be leasing with cowards. They don t even let you see comments on their Facebook page because they know how crooked they are.

Lindsey is not only the most crooked bunch of individuals I have ever had the displeasure of renting from, but they are also heartless slumlords; they have no concern of the health problems you have or become diagnosed with. They are more than willing to treat even a cancer patient badly. black mold is not the responsibility of the tenant, Do Not let them lie to you! Hand written threats on legal documents is not professional; and let's not even go into the lies they will tell to bully you into doing what they want. Moved into Markham Hill Apartments on April 20th a...

Moved into Markham Hill Apartments on April 20th and the night of May 2nd found out we had bed bugs. I have never dealt with bed bugs i thought we had mosquito bites until it was brought to my attention that the previous tenant had them and that might be what we were dealing with. I got my flashlight out and attempted to check around and sure enough there they where hiding around the carpet. It takes up to 2 weeks for bed bugs to find you and start feeding on you. I moved me and my daughter out the same night of May 2nd and talked to the apartment manager Joey the next morning of May 3rd which is the final day to pay rent with no late fees. I told him I no longer wanted to live there and I was moving out, I am not gonna have my 5 year old daughter living in that filth. He told me to keep my furniture in the apartment to have it treated on Monday May 7th and that no one was to enter the apartment on Monday and to have my furniture moved out by May the 9th and to not worry about the rent. On Tuesday May 8th I had all my furniture moved out and everything. Well fast forward to June and im getting calls that I owe $510 for may rent and late fees occurred they did not give me my deposit back. This is absolutely ridiculous that I payed $2,500 to move into a bed bug ridden apartment this included first month rent $495, utility deposits $130, application fee $25, security deposit $200, brand new furniture (I have reciepts) $1600+$50 delivery fee. After all that I had to pay additional money to have my belongings hauled and more money to place in storage that im still paying on monthly until I find another place for me and my daughter. Im not spending another shiny penny with this place you have robbed me enough Lindsey Management. And I have made every attempt to contact the supervisor about the situation to not have it put on my credit and they keep saying they will get back to me. They obviously are not trying to help and are waiting for me to pay or turn it over to collections im not stupid they said I have 30 days and then there is nothing they can do. I understand that I broke my lease but i didnt feel comfortable staying there because they obviously are not treating the apartments with effective chemicals because they arent going anywhere it was a problem I was gonna have to deal with and I wasnt gonna be able to sleep without thinking bugs were crawling and feeding on me and my child while we were sleep. I guarantee if any of the big dogs of this company had this problem they would do the same for themselves and there children but of course they dont have a heart because it isnt there problem they are just worried about all the money they can squeeze out of their tenants. And find the cheapest way to handle all their apartment needs. THIS IS THE WORST MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY!!!!

I've been here for 2 years. I never had any issues until i got engage. My bff comes over alot but doesn't live there. I came home from work with a notice that said i had to vacate for unauthorized occupant. Even though he didn't live they're they are trying to force him to sign a lease. Even though he has his own place. They have not once asked for proof. Not. Once.

I had got new payment card from them. They did not tell me that out takes 24 hours for you to use the card. So after I received my need payment Card I immediately went to Wal-Mart to pay my rent and the card was invalid 2 cards later i called corporate and it took them telling me that out takes 24 hours for the card to be active. Also i had to pay late fees even though it wasn't my fault. Then rhey lied and said they don't accept money orders when they do. My rent would of been on time if they didn't lie to me.

I was looking for a new place. They told the managers of that new place that I had an authorized occupant and an authorized dog. Which resulted in my housing application to be denied. I signed a pet lease for my dog last year. And I have a pet lease. Then she says I never paid a pet deposit. When I have been. I have proof from my bank account and I have a pet lease. Then she says they don't have a deposit and I will have to pay it again.

These people are LIARS!!! Vindictive. And evil. I have ask they paper work which I taking back to corporate.

The young lady was incredible rude over the phone and after visiting in person I could tell that she felt that she had no time for my families question she spent a good portion of our visit speakinh with her what i assume is her husband an.d child. I called the apartment complex to let them know that we are having problems with ants and spiders and all i hear back is sorry we missed you we will have you scheduled for a week and a half out. Mind me say i ve called several times to report this issue its to the point to where they crawl on the bed at night and we have wake up and kill them quick so our small 2 yr old son doesn t get bit. This is very uncomfortable and i would not recommend to anyone! I faithfully pay my rent of $1,190 and this is the type of service i get....

Biggest bunch of thieves. So all there property managers have to do is write that they offered you and apartment and say that you turned it down. And you dont get your refund back. I put my deposit down on one and the property manager never called me. When one was open they were giving them away to other people. And I was told I would get the first call when one came open. So it looks like the property manager just took my money for her self. And the lady I just talked to said there is nothing I can do to get my money back. She said they go by what the report says.

I finally got into contact with a realtor after 2 months of constantly trying. The realtor, also the VP of the company, was 40 minutes late because he accidentally scheduled another showing at the same time. He got there and rushed us through the house, he was supposed to show us 3 homes but instead hurried to leave after the first. We put in our application to be told the very next day that someone had leased it. The realtor knew that someone had leased the home already and was taking us through it with our hopes up. Luckily I managed to get my application fee refunded but my credit score was still checked, bringing it down some, and I gave them my social. After wasting my time trying to contact someone from this company they turn around and screw me over. This is why they already have such a bad rap but I was eager to get a lease setup for when I graduated college. Please do not work with this company as they will not value your time and money as much as they value themselves.

I should have listened to all the negative reviews! It sucks that Lindsey is basically the only apartment company in NWA. Just recently moved out of the apartments. I had to leave 3 days before the end of my lease because I had switched my utilities to my new place. They wanted me to switch the utilities back for 3 days! When I told them I wasn t going to do that for only 3 days they said I had to turn in my keys before the end of the day. I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and even shampooed the carpets before I left. When I turned in my keys and asked the lady running the property if I could have a written and signed statement that I wasn t breaking my lease (which they told me over the phone that I wouldn t be charged for that) she told me no. I turned in my keys anyway. I was told that I would hear about my deposit in 15 days. When I received the letter in the mail, it said that I owed them on top of my deposit for carpets, professional cleaning, and painting, along with a couple other things such as broken blinds ( I agree with that cuz my kid did that). I called and asked them why the expenses were so high and they wouldn t explain that. I then asked why I m being charged for painting and cleaning when I have pictures to prove that I left the place clean and they said it was because it was professional cleaning. I said no it s not... it s your maintenance people because I ve seen them in other apartments and the customer relations rep just replied charges remain the same even though it s not professionals cleaning and painting. I had black mold in my bathroom which they did nothing about. The place was already run down and unclean when I moved in. They never let me look at the apartment before I applied (claimed that they were all full). Also harassed me while I was living there saying that I wrote profanity in chalk on the sidewalk. And questioned me about if I had loud drinking parties (I was 9 months pregnant at the time). They also never had the sidewalk outside of my apartment salted/ sanded when it got icy. The list could go on and on and on. I tried to ask the customer relations rep about these things to which she got very rude and told me they wouldn t help me in any way. I got angry and said you're screwing me over to which she hung up. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! Didn t even explain where or how I m supposed to make this payment. I am very displeased and will continue to bad mouth them and not recommend them to anyone! They deserve negative stars.
