Anthony made me feel welcome and Sara and Akmed (sp) were outstanding in getting me exactly what I wanted and was willing to pay! I left there with a smile on my face and that smile will be there for awhile!!

I wanted to purchase a challenger with a internet price of $17,600 . i came in and test drove the car and everything was fine. Once we sat down to talk purchase of the car i was shown a price of over $20,000 i asked why is it so much being as thou i already calculated the 6% maryland sales tax, the dealer $300 doc fee, and tag and title. When i was showed the summary there was a add on fee of $1500 i asked what this $1500 for add on was and was told it was for the inspection of the car, the cleaning of the car, and 2 oil changes in 2 years???? I told them i would be unwilling to pay this add on and was told it was non negotiable so i decided not to get the car. As i walked towards the door the salesman told me that since the 5 years hes worked here hes never seen anyone get this add on took off but that he would ask the manager. He came back and told me they could take off $500 ??? Clearly they lower the price of the car to get you in the door than at signing hit you with $1500 add on s . These are predatory practices and clearly deceitful

Great experience. I've bought a lot of cars in the past from different people different dealers. That was the first car from Lindsay Ford. Omar and Tavin did a great job with me. They worked with me,they did what they promised. I am very happy with purchased. I really recommend Omar and the dealership.

A few weeks ago my husband and I visited Lindsay Ford of Wheaton in Maryland with intentions of purchasing a SUV that day. However, if they gave me the suv for free, I would not purchase anything from this dealership. The salesman isn t your typical pushy car salesman. One of the managers was really rude and really into our faces to push us to buy. We felt so uncomfortable we decided to think about it for a little bit. The manager made a rude comment and when I asked for our car keys back, we were cornered by three additional salesman. It was ridiculous. This manager also took over the appointment of another associate who was helping us and had he butt out, we would have purchased the suv. In addition, they would say one thing and say another thing back and forth. It didn t stop there when my husband and I decided to leave, we gave it some thought and called our original salesman who was helping us and said we MIGHT come back the following day to discuss the truck. We visited this dealership on a Saturday and from Saturday to days later, I kept receiving constant calls from associates and managers. They would call from their personal cell phones, not leave a message and call from the dealership. I made it really clear I didn t want phone calls from them anymore and I still kept getting calls. I alsmost had to report them to the police because the calls and voicemails were out of control. I had at least 10 calls within a few days. It became ridiculous and very unprofessional. I received calls from associates who were not even involved in the sale and we hadn t met. They knew they blew this sale and were desperate to get me back in. This was an experience I won t forget nor have I had one like this. We found a dealership a few days later and purchased a brand new suv. It was professional and we were really pleased. NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO LINDSAY FORD OF WHEATON NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Worst car buying experience I've had to date ( bought 6 new cars over the past 6 years ). Agreed on a price with sales manager and went there to pick it up. After arriving and waiting 45 minutes for them to pull the new explorer into the dealership I found out it had some kind of leak and wasn't available. So they got us to look at other explorers which were more expensive and refused to give us an equally good deal as the one we agreed on before arriving, stating that she needed gm approval. As we were leaving the manager said she would get in touch with me about the car and even deliver it. However she never called back. It was a complete waste of time, and I regret not reading these reviews prior to going there to purchase a vehicle. Do not waste your time, chances are if the vehicle is on their website appears to be a great price it is more than likely unavailable.

Long story short , called and verified with my sales person that I can get the car for $30,000 out the door for $30,000, I txted the sales person the day before I went and I said plz plz confirm that this is the price, I live almost two hours away, he even had the sales manager Kevin txt me saying he will do it because I know a guy there, he rudely said come and get it before I change my mind. Once I got there things changed, the sales manager said including fees does not mean including taxes. He was very rude by saying out the door to me doesn t mean including taxes. Then he said if you can t afford paying your taxes then you can t afford this car!! Seriously???? Is this what a sales manager say???? Keep in mind I had a quote via txt message from another dealer with a screenshot of the computer including taxes. Why would I drive 2 hours if I was gonna pay more than the dealer next to my house??
I went to another dealer and got the car the same day with no issues at battlefield ford in manassas.
Next day I called the GM ( jerry ) to let him know what his sales manager Kevin said. He did not give s*** at all. He said ok I ll make sure he choses better words next time and that s all.
Bottom line horrible people at Lindsay ford of Wheaton. I will be calling ford motors to put a complaint.

I went to Lindsay Ford for a used Ford F-150. Since I live out of state, it was long drive but well with the trip. I was helped by Petra throughout the entire process, and she was really awesome to work with. She had the truck out and ready for when I got there and stayed in contact with me the entire time. The truck exceeded my expectations and she answered any questions that I had. I also had a trade in truck which went quick and easy and I felt I got fair value for it. I was able to drive off with the F150 the same day, and I couldn t be happier with the experience provided by Petra and Lindsay Ford.

Bought a vehicle in May and have yet to hear anything productive back from management on the status of my registration. Not helpful and unappreciative staff. Do not fall for a "concierge" pitch either, its local to that shop only and they'll help when they get to you. Lastly, do not expect anyone to help you once you sign the papers. They'll leave you high and dry from that point on!

Ps. Persuasion by management and salesmen to leave 5-stars is trap. I did it and feel bad I stretched the truth of their quality fir others to wrongfully believe.

I m new to the area and decided to check out Lindsey Ford to purchase my first car. I was greeted by Vince Cowan who was excellent! Vince did a great job walking me through the buying process and giving every detail possible about the car. As a single female, I was afraid of being hassled. I went home and checked everything over and Vince had the best deal. I will definitely return to Lindsay and work with Vince Cowan.

I had gotten the runaround at another local Ford dealership prior to going to Lindsay. Lindsay Ford was honest and gave me a more than fair deal on my new car. The salesperson Kevin Oliver was no pressure and no fuss and super helpful. Highly recommend. The General Manager Sara was instrumental in making the sale happen and both parties got a good deal.

Given all the bad reviews I read about this place I was pleasantly surprised that I did not experience such a negative visit. My salesperson (Ross) was polite and personal and it was a joy to spend the hours at the dealership with him. Of course finance offers everything for add-ons but you have the option to deny the packages. Car was clean and even though I have had the car for only 2 days, very pleased.

Wasted 2 days over an hour drive each day , internet prices mean nothing , they tell you while you are test driving it s the same price. Then when you sit down to negotiate they only care about how much you are willing to pay a month (which doesn t matter ) they give you rebates off the car that match the internet price then hit you with a $3,000 + fee for certification on a vehicle that was already certified. They make the internet price look good until you get there...don t go waste of time

I had a great experience at Lindsay Ford absolutely love the 2018 Ford Escape I purchased. Dabo was fabulous, helpful and informative. The finance manager was fantastic and helpful as well. The one thing that caught me off guard was that I did not know I d have to pay $1,995 additional for the Blue Advantage program warranty until they quoted me my total cost. It would have been a better experience if I had known that ahead of time and could have prepared for it. Aside from that, I m happy with how it went and would recommend Lindsay Ford.

From the moment we walked in the door to test drive, to walking out with our new SUV was a little over two hours. I ve never had an experience of buying a car that fast anywhere. Every dealership is full of slimy people. whether it be nissan, ford, toyota etc...

I've only met two good guys in my history of auto buying. Each one was forced out of their jobs. One of the good guys was at Lindsay but now hes gone. Too bad. Great guy. Dealing with the other staff here at the dealership have been ok, ive only gone to Lindsay for warranty repairs because $110 per hour for mechanic work is simply offensive. $350 for my tune up seemed too much.

Ermias & Fernando did an excellent job in providin...

Ermias & Fernando did an excellent job in providing me with the required information and specifics associated with my sale. My deal was stressful until they were able to take charge of the sale and provide me with excellent service. The original sales person was obviously new and didn't have knowledge of the current inventory but Fernando was able to reachout to another dealer and get my desired vehicle without me having to leave. The teamwork of these two individuals made me a customer for life.

Honesty is most improtant when making such a purchase.

Stay away, worst experience ever, sales associate named Francisco was rude and unprofessional. Online price was around $8000, when arrived they said I didn't qualify for $1,500 in discounts so that price went up, also a $900 reconditioning fee. A bunch of scum bags. I will quote Francisco word for word when I asked to see the finance number's,"For what". They also offered me financing at 24%. Go to Sheehy Ford, professional, my price online was honored and the interest rate was much lower, they sold me an awesome car for $9,500. **Stay Away From Lindsay Ford**

I left and 10 day's later I started receiving credit denials from more than 15 banks
I believe he is trying to still people identity
Please be aware . don't provide any information to any of the salesman

To her, the customer always comes first, an attribute that is hard to come by. I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone who wants to buy a Ford, which we all know is an absolutely great automobile.

Watch out for fees like a $995 used car prep fee or $500 military and $500 college grad rebate that gets added to the internet price. They shouldn't put a price up on the internet if they can't actually sell the car for that price.

When I inquired about a used Dodge Challenger here the manager claimed they had to charge me these fees to make up for some of the money they lost at the price they have it advertised. Don't advertise so low then maybe???

They are the reason car dealers get a bad name. Bait and switch and sleazy is a part of their game here. Managers don't care about customer service nor do they care about bad reviews. Should've researched them before trying to deal with them.

Avoid this place and go to places with better reviews that actually care about their customers. Will be letting everyone know.

Pulled bait and switch on a used car I went to look at. Talked to salesman Jose, he said it was available (been so since October according to Carfax). Made arrangements to go look at it the following day but when I showed up, it magically just sold. Conveniently never told it sold until after I showed up. They were nice and offered to sell me a brand new car for quite a higher price. Lesson learned...don't trust these guys.

Bottom line: this establishment is predatory and incompetent. Payment and registration on my purchase was delayed a month during which customer service was laughably bad. After purchase I discovered a tire had a leak and found a rusty razor blade (yes) between my driver seat cushions. Also, customers can expect to pay ~$3000 extra on any list price due to "mandatory" add-ons such as maintenance and cleaning services they don't actually do. Avoid this place.

I went to ask questions about my entertainment system and the navigation. I was told false info and fuaranteed an SD card is all I needed to get my system working. It was all a lie. After 5 minutes and $170 I tried returning the SD card because I realized it did not work but the Parts Manager, Mike was a total displeasure to speak to. He denied my refund of the product I had just purchased 5 minutes earlier which I never even left the dealership lot with. I also inquired about the product and he told me it should work. Mike was a total sorry excuse for a manager and lacks the customer service skills to interact with customers spending thousands of money on cars. Nor he or his staff were able to give me the correct facts. I got all the correct info off You Tube and found the same SD card which didnt work for me coming from the Lindsay Ford Dealership on Amazon for $80 cheaper.

I have called multiple times. When ever I call, I get put on hold for at the minimum 10 minutes. I have to call back about 3 times for them to get me somebody after being put on hold. I had brought my car in for a diagnostics Monday night. The man told me to come in the next day and the car would be ready without a doubt. I don't live close to the dealership, so after driving there- they told me it's not ready .One representative told me that they have a lot of cars. I called in Wednesday to ask about the car, and the rep i spoke to was so confused. He told me he's never seen that car in the system. He said he would look for it, and call me back in 15 min. He never called; I called him after an hour and half and asked about the car. He said the car was never put in the system, therefore no one looked at it. After learning this, he told me there was not much he could do. I would never refer Wheaton ford dealership to my worst enemy- even they don't deserve this.

Dan my sales consultant worked diligently to satisfy my requests and was only concerned with my happiness. The Finance Director Nayel set everything thing up before I came to the dealership so that there was a smooth transition to Jason the General Sales Manager.
