Linder & Associates R.E.S.U. Review

I m writing this review based on our experience with the property manager Ed. From the moment I inquired about the apartment on Facebook market, I could not have been more satisfied & happy with the process. Ed was attentive & prompt with his responses & accommodated us in viewing the property in a timely manner, assuring us that our move, should we decide to go with it, would go smoothly. He is friendly and up-front and made the experience as hassle-free as possible, unlike other management companies who make you wait 2 weeks & give you the run-around only to be told you were declined. Unfortunately, we ultimately decided to move forward with another place that was best for our family but not without difficulty because of the professionalism & promptness that Ed provided in processing our documents. A personable & responsive person is one you want to be able to work with when it comes down to it and we highly recommend Ed Leffel and Linder & Associates.

Idk about the reviews, but they definitely don't care about tenants. Bed bug infestations, rats, littering, poor maintenance service & more. Upper management are a bunch of jerks & it changes every year. DON'T rent here. Avoid this company.

They make money from you but do not care to assist you. I hope people read these reviews and read all the other bad reviews. They will show the bad side of the company. The part they hide.

I ve rented from Linder and associates since 2016, and It s been the best decision I ve made.
Ed Leffel is the nicest property manager I ve ever met, he s really personable and is willing to help find the right place for you. I definitely recommend going through Ed if you want to rent any apt from Linder!

It has been a bliss renting from Linder & Associates. Ed Leffel, the leasing manager, has gone above and beyond for me - from the apartment viewing up to the time I was submitting my requirements and ran into some trouble. He also promptly answers questions. I'd also like to give my warmest thanks to their maintenance coordinator, Yulisa Pichardo. She is the best out there. She replies to maintenance concerns immediately and really delivers on her promise of getting technicians into the apartment at once. I just have some trouble contacting the property manager, Sandy Mendez. I need to email her quite a few times to get a response, but otherwise I think I made the right call. :)

Biggest scam in the property business. They lie to the tenants and enforce unwritten rules and policies threatening with eviction for no reason. Their employees don't have any experience or ever been in the property business. Just random folks fighting for a paycheck. That's why they got sued like dogs and got dropped by the owners. Ed Laffel was amazing in getting us our new place expediently and smoothly. He was very responsive and professional. We are very glad to have had him as our contact, and we are very happy with our new place!
