It has been a bliss renting from Linder & Associates. Ed Leffel, the leasing manager, has gone above and beyond for me - from the apartment viewing up to the time I was submitting my requirements and ran into some trouble. He also promptly answers questions. I'd also like to give my warmest thanks to their maintenance coordinator, Yulisa Pichardo. She is the best out there. She replies to maintenance concerns immediately and really delivers on her promise of getting technicians into the apartment at once. I just have some trouble contacting the property manager, Sandy Mendez. I need to email her quite a few times to get a response, but otherwise I think I made the right call. :)
