I was amazed how well the shot process ran at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. The staff helping were very polite with all the people that were there. Good Well Done!!!

I went in for an emergency tooth extraction. Staff is very courteous and professional for the most part. The extraction was very difficult, the doctor even commented that it was taking A LOT longer than usual. They don't do any type of sedation, and locals don't really work that well on me so it was pretty uncomfortable, though that's no one's fault. However, they gave me a prescription for pain meds that lasted 4 days. I did everything they told me to do. I used ice. I used the max prescription dose of ibuprofen (800mg) alternating with Tylenol. I used numbing agents like anbesol and oral b. The pain was awful. I went in for a post op appointment. The doctor (who was different than the doctor who did my extraction) said everything was fine and to continue to do what I was doing. It hurt so bad I was crying in my car on the way home. I thought I'd give it one more day. I called the next day to see if they could do anything else for the pain. Nope. I was treated like a drug seeker and told the best they could do was give me an RX for ibuprofen 800, which I'd been taking anyway! I went to another clinic and after examining the extraction site, they couldn't understand why they refused to help with the pain. It really sucks to be in that much pain and then to be treated like you're making it up to get drugs. I will no longer be going here.

Finally got the COVID vaccine. Managed the crowd well with helpful staff.

Got my first vaccine on 2-13 and was scheduled to get second vaccine on 3-7. Was told same time and place as first. Someone dropped the ball and did not notify myself and a number of others that time and date had changed. I am not happy!

Supposedly notices were sent via email to all those scheduled for the 7th, changing both date and location, and Spectrum, (internet provider) thought it was spam email and blocked it for all those with them for internet. After being on hold 45 minutes, I was able to reschedule for 5 days later.

This health Department is full of dedicated employees who work long hours to keep our city safe. We are extremely lucky to live in a community where such a competent Health Department exists.

They were very helpful, quick,and knowledgable . Got me in in a hurry and took care of my problem with no problems. Their bill was a lot less than urgent care too.

Was told to go some where else because of my disability. When I stated you can't turn people away because of a disability. Head lady claimed they do it all the time and had a proud attitude about it. Asked for complaint form and got banned from property.

Thank you for the well-thought out and smooth process in giving the 80+ year olds of the county in getting their shots today! My husband went into PBA and done in less than forty minutes, including the 15 minute wait after injection!

I did not want to write this because I know some people there personally. Still, I am sorry it was the most unrespectful place I have ever seen since I came to the US. They make you feel low self stem. In addition, they said you need at least four more appointments for cavities fixation, but I rechecked. At UNMC, they said there are no cavities!
I felt some thing wrong but the one who completed the form and wrote she answered all my concerns in reality she never asked me if I have any concerns.
And finally, the flu shot did unprofessionally and at lower than deltoid muscle usual location, and it hurted me three or four days
