I live in San Francisco USA and getting calls from this agency. I guess law firms are now outsourcing to placement services overseas for a cheap rate. I never return the calls. Sorry I don't work with outsourced companies.

I have been associated with LanceSoft for quite sometime now. Reading the bad reviews compelled me to write a few statements about LanceSoft and its staff(just correcting few facts). LanceSoft gives ocean of opportunities to people who crave learning and have a vision.Sorry to learn that few of you might have hit the rock bottom for some or the other reason but that's not the story of all Lancers who are with company.To secure a job here all that LanceSoft looks for is talent, skills not money. People here are valued for the work they produce and are respected. LanceSoft is (not a BPO) a Recruiting firm and we have a culture which embodies positive vibes.

It's an American recruiting firm in Bangalore. Staff is good, work culture is very good. If you work well, then they respect you. But working timings is from evening 6 to morning 6 or maybe extended to 7.30am. Full night work for recruiters as they have to work on different clients from 6 timezones in America. That's the reason you need to work for 12 hrs. Cab facility is big issue, sometimes you need to wait for more than an hour. Salary wise for a fresher is average. But not good for experienced. Mainly whole staff comes between age 21- 30. Only young people work here. Only negative fact is daily night shift which affects health of individual. If you can overcome these things, then it's a best place to work for a fresher.

It's gr8 work culture. Everyone in office is supportive and energetic. So much thanks to HR dept. Specially Sruja Ma'am who is a gr8 mentor and supportive trainer while training. Thankful to Arpita Ma'am and keerthana Ma'am. Gaurav sir is a gr8 team leader boosting frequently us to improve better everytime. Last but not least Pramod sir, one of the motivational director who is there to help and improve every mistakes while on boarding and is a type of person to motivate throughout the life.

Overall, it's the lancesoft one of the prominent and successful IT recruiting firm. I hope if I can even contribute 1% in success for this firm

Today iam attend the interview 5 hours iam waiting but still the person is not reply finally he says that u have less communication skills do you are rejected
