Even the agent at the airport was so helpful. At the departure we forgot our covid test print outs in the hotel room. He quickly call them and ask them to send it to his email. He went and print it out so we could leave. He was super fast, it didnt take him more than 10min Thank you so much Alpha Maldives and keep it up

I cannot rate Alpha Maldives highly enough. They were super responsive -both over email and the phone. The answered all the questions -however minute -with patience and did their best to get us the best experience!

Their representatives pick you up at the airport and will accompany you till you board your return flight back. Their staff is absolutely amazing -our flight was delayed on the way in and we missed our sea plane transfer. Their staff was able to arrange a domestic flight and boat transfer within 15 min to ensure that we reached the resort as scheduled. All our requests were conveyed to the resort!

We recently travelled to the Maldives having used the services of Alpha Maldives - from the very start Jane who was our reservations Coordinator was excellent - she knew exactly what we wanted had made numerous requests to her as easy as possible - the team on the ground Sharaf met us on arrival and departure and were super friendly - knew every answer we could possibly have and ensured that all transfers were seem less.

They are very professional. I was dealing with Marj and she gave me excellent choices of resort for my wedding anniversary and even got me a special deal.
