Phone option for people who just lost family to be connected faster is amazing. Other companies make you wait 15 - 20 minutes. They are so nice and helpful. I had NO problem getting them to transfer money directly to funural home and i recieved the leftover by mail in a very timely manner. I can never fully explain how much it helped me for them to be so fast and helpful at the time i had just lost my father. Keep up the great work and you will have all my future buisness and recomendations!

Lincoln Heritage Live Ins Co is a wonderful company to deal with, especially at time when you don't want to deal with anything. My brother has a life insurance policy with them, and upon his death, I notified them within a couple of days. Once I emailed them a copy of his death certificate, I had a check to pay for the funeral expenses within 2 days. Wow, what a great surprise and relief this was to take the weight off my shoulders. This is a great insurance company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for insurance.

I work here and have been working here for some time now. Time in and time out I get lots of customers cancelling from other companies from not being told it was a term policy or their relative was dropped. They also love how we are an insurance company and also help with the funeral which no other life insurance conpany does. I see these negative reviews and have checked on them and I see none of these filed on the BBB website for me to authenticate or to even validate to help these families.
I struggled for years and I work a legit company that changed my life and many other lives as well.

Excellent company. Lincoln Heritage was there for our family with absolutely no issues. Our mom passed on March 6th 2020 we contacted the funeral home and they were able to contact Lincoln Heritage for the expenses to be paid for. No issues of any kind. In a time of sorrow for our family the funeral home and this insurance company worked hand in hand and our family had to do nothing but focus on our mom and saying goodbye. Thank you Lincoln Heritage for the excellent service for our family.

The service I received after the passing of my husband was excellent. Initially, I contacted the agency by phone. The follow up with the necessary papers were within an acceptable time frame. Once the documents to complete my claim were sent, I received a very nice letter from Mr.Y. Keith Perkins, Senior Vice President, explaining the benefits and my settlement within a week. I appreciated his condolences and offered prayer. This company is superb in taking care of its members. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of their services.

I was SO impressed by their kindness, consideration, and the speed in which they replied to us. After we received our check, and closed our claim, they sent us a sympathy letter. That is over and above what they are required to do. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a life insurance policy!

I paid on my moms policy ...when she died they ignored my situation that all the beneficiaries died and I was the one to get her benefits ....I had to prove I'm her daughter...I can get to my Aunts death certificate...so I had to pay out of pocket for moms services....they are very uncaring

It seems you guys are runnung a scam! I have tried twice on line to get the booklets you keep on advertising on line but I have still to receive a response on my email as promised or the books. Shame on you for false advertisement.

this is the worst company in the planet, they sell smoke, they just sell bla,bla,bla, funeral insurance is a scam one star is to much. also customer service is super bad. I paid $ 5000 for funeral insurance. then I have to cancel because my mom it looks like she is going to live 10 more years, if I continue paying will raise the payments up $ 10000. or $15.000 is not worthy, I prefer to buy directly with the cemetery and is a better deal, Lincoln heritage promise me to give me back just $ 1000, has been like month an a half and they did not sent the document to sign, after more than a month I call, and they said " sorry we did not process your request, we are going to do it and you have to wait another month" the worst deal ever I made. stupid corrupt scammer company.

Lincoln Heritage primarily has treated me well over the years. My issue was with a long time employee whom I considered my financial advisor, to some extent. Spoke with her following the sudden death of my 54 year old spouse, asking for advice. She chose not to meet with me, and brushed me off during our phone conversation.
I appreciate the fact most people in this company are sincere, and are people-vested.

I just wanted to thank the vice president Mr. Keith Perkins for his prayers and kind words of comfort during this sad time. I fully understood his explanations of benefits regarding the policy. Also thank you very much for your professionalism and promptness in completion of our claim.

My Father and Mother both took policies out, I'm not sure what year. My Father passed in 2015, and Lincoln Heritage was exceptional. My Mother just passed recently. and they were again exceptional. Very fast payment. Next day. And, they seem to be very caring.

A Toledo representative, Daniel Lopez, who I barely let in the door, was about the most incredibly helpful and delightful person when my husband did, unfortunately, pass away at 67, a year and a half into the policy. Your Dan Lopez was INCREDIBLE!!! He alone took care of EVERYTHING. And to boot, just yesterday I received what Daniel & Lincoln Heritage had promised...A CHECK from Lincoln. Thank you, thank you.

Great company! When I call I always speak to a live person. The funeral guardianship is a service like no other. Just make sure you ask your agent to explain the policy before you assume it does everything it does not. But they do do exactly what they promise. I would recommend this to anyone including family.

This company cashed my check after cancellation. The agent Kimberly Hilliard ignored my request and the check cleared my bank four days after cancellation. She knew it, she acknowledged the cancellation and cashed it anyway. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! I GIVE THEM A 1/8 STAR

My local agent for Lincoln Heritage, Mr. Jeff Katz, has always been extremely helpful, courteous, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Prior to getting the policy, he shared lots of information in an easy to understand manner. He presented various options & gave his recommendations as to what he thought would best fit our needs. At no time did he ever use "sales tactics", "gimmicks" or any type of pressure whatsoever to try & sell us his company's product. He simply asked us what our needs were, offered his suggestions, answered all of our questions & guided us through the process. On each visit to our home, he was always very friendly, courteous, caring & professional. Once our Lincoln policy was in place, Mr. Katz routinely checked in to see how we were & if we had any questions or needed anything he could help us with. Other than just an agent, he quickly became a family friend. Mr. Katz always gave us premier, over the top, unparalleled, extraordinary customer service. When my Mom passed away, Mr. Katz responded immediately with his condolences, his kind words of comfort & his offer to help make the uncomfortable next step of processing the claim as timely & stress-free as possible. He remained very supportive throughout the process & delivered on every promise. Everyone at the home office who I had to contact, talk to & exchange information with to get the claim processed was equally as helpful, kind, friendly, compassionate, understanding, patient & efficient. Due to Mr. Katz & all the folks involved in maintaining our policy & sadly having to process our claim, our experience with Lincoln Heritage was extremely positive & when the time came, very, very comforting, easy & absolutely worry & stress free. Incredible company. I purchased coverage for myself to protect my family. I trusted them because they have been in business over 63 years, and have A ratings with the BBB and A.M.s best. Yes, I do my research. They send out a live person to assist you with their ONE page application (so much better than the 40 page application with AIG). I can't believe it but they even cover people with CANCER and practically any health issue you can think of. I was also impressed with no medical exam. Thank god. I do not have time to wake up at 7am to get my blood drawn by a cranky nurse and be asked 100 questions about my health and future activities. They are the only company I know of that pays out in 24 hours and takes care of my entire funeral (with the Funeral Consumer Guardian Society) while negotiating the price down $5000 for my family. My family will keep the difference. Their monthly price is the same or better than other companies and they offer alot more for your money. I even have a $160,000 Accidental benefit that NEVER EXPIRES. No other company has that. (I has a different policy that expired at 75. Lincoln's is better.) Overall, I'm very happy with Lincoln Heritage since they are the #1 and I feel very relieved to have peace of mind.

Was interested in a insurance policy.the sales rep had to come to my house with the presentation,she told of all the benefits of the policy,only if you are killed in a accident will you receive the big bucks, otherwise you get a 35,000.00 $ life insurance policy for 354.00 a month ,which is insane ,I told her it was too much she kept insisting on lowering the benefits to 2,000.00 $ for 30.00$ a month !! I have a insurance policy from my bank for 3 or 4 dollars a month,same benefits of the policy that's 354.00 a month I told her that ,so I said no thank you this is a terrible offer ,I had to almost kick her out ,kept on and on about the benefits of having this policy !! I rate this a scam, 354 a month sicko company

I received the insurance checks yesterday for the policies on my husband. I want you to know that I appreciated your prompt attention to my case. You showed a very caring example of kindness to me. I have another policy with you on myself and may want to buy another policy to make sure that I will be taken care of and not a burden to my children. Prices have increased considerable since we first inquired about burial policies.

We had a claim for both Mom and Dad and the company paid in just a little over a week after I mailed in the death certificate. Was very pleased with how it was handled.

The truth is that I would not recommend this insurance company for almost three months and only putting on excuses and when they sell and charge the money there if they do, but when you need the service they do not want to pay, they leave a lot to be offered and do not comply.

SHADY COMPANY. I HAD AN AGENT COME TO MY MOMS HOME. HE LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. HE LIED ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE AND HAD US PURCHASE ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE, WITHOUT TELLING US WE SIGNED FOR IT. NOW THAT I CANCELLED IT, THEY ARE CLAIMING I CLAIMED I AGREED TO A LOAN TO CONTINUE TO POLICY FROM A LOAN AGAINST THE CASHE VALUE OF THE POLICIES. SUCH DECEITFUL SHADY PEOPLE. I NEVER AGREED TO THIS LOAN AGAINST THE CASH VALUE OF THE POLICIES. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... UNETHICAL.

My parent's signed up with this company back in 2006 and sadly my mother passed in 2017, we took her policy with us to the Funeral Home provided them the information and had NO problems with getting things taken care of!....So as for our Family its a great company who kept there word on everything that was offered...Monthly payments were affordable for those on a fixed income!...

We purchased a policy to cover my father s expenses when he was to pass away. The coverage was affordable and with enough to pay for all expenses. My dad passed away and our mortuary was able to make the claim and handled all details regarding the claim. My thanks to Lincoln for making our fathers service something we did not financially have to worry about!

I would give them a 0 star if I could. They raised my payment 10.00 and when I called this smart ellick told me I got a call back in June and I signed up for AAA WHICH I DID NOT. I told him he's not gonna call me a liar to cancel my policy. Now I have to wait and see if they give me my money back. Not counting on it.

Anytime you are dealing with a death it is an emotional time. Being the person in charge of all my mothers arrangements, I can tell you that I had to deal with many companies and two life insurance companies. While some companies add more work and stress to an already hard time I found this company to be extremely easy to work with. They asked for the death certificate as I expected and that was pretty much it. They where extremely polite and caring. They did not make me jump through hoops and mail paperwork back and forth unlike some on the other people I have dealt with. This company is a joke!!!!! If you are considering purchasing a policy from this company DON'T!!!! The sales person who my mother got her policy through was great to talk to and responded quickly but then u are told to call another number where the operator barely spoke clear English and that's when you are told you have to pay out of pocket and IF everything pans out you'll get a check within 24 hours. Two months later still don't have any payment from this company and no phone calls or emails indicating what's going on with the account.. Unfortunately your loved ones think they are doing you a favor in getting these policies. My recommendation to you is go to a local company and make the arrangements through them and most will let you make payments. This company is a scam and they prey on the sick and elderly.

My loved one passed a few days before to covid19 lock down. I was unable to get the death certificate from the funeral home. However, after a few weeks the funeral home offered to give me what s called a working death certificate. I called the company, spoke with a supervisor to see if they would accept it as it had all the information they needed. The supervisor had me email it to her and within a week. The death benefit was deposited into my account.

They threatened us to buy their products and judge our lives. Just because we couldn't pay on time. Our family was struggling with allot of personal problems, which we forgot to pay and one of their agents, then he got aggressive about it. Basically what im trying to say is that they're going to force you to buy their products and scam you big time. Plzzz i beg you all to stay away from them

This company is a life saver. When my mom first got them she signed up for some special deal where they take care of all the arrangements. This helped me out greatly when my mother passed away, because I was not in any frame of mind to be contacted funeral homes. Even better even though there was no death certificate they suspended any payments (from me) until it was straightened out and they got the death certificate. I was afraid that they would still require me to make payments until the death certificate was received. But, they didn't do that. They were amazing, kind very understanding and compassionate. They even took care of sending the payment for the funeral home. They truly were a blessing during a very bad time in my life. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They never make any changes, rate and benefit are locked in for life. And if you considered a job with Lincoln, understand it requires dedication.

Lincoln Heritage takes care of their agents and clients like nobody else.

24 hour payout is unheard of, so is the Funeral Consumer Guardian Society benefit. Funerals are hard, but FCGS makes it easy. Any money they save on the funeral, say $3000, goes directly to the family.

Lincoln quickly pays death claims every day as that is their philosophy as a privately owned, family run operation. They've also maintained their Excellent financial rating over the years.

The insurance policy I have with them is great coverage with low premiums.

We have had insurance with Lincoln Heritage for about 15 years on our boys. No one wants to bury their children. We crossed that road with one of ours and we was treated with respect by Lincoln heritage. And the payment came back so quick. Thank you in one of our hardest time of our lives.

I'm writing on a behalf a friend that going through this right now. As some people has previous listed do not buy this insurance because when you lose your love one: you will be out in the cold. They are famous for giving you the the run around or not hearing from them at all. My friend lost his dad and had a policy with Lincoln Heritage and been paying the policy without any problem. When his dad pass he was told they would pay him within 24 but when he called him and ask him to pay out of pocket they told him they would pay him within 48 after they receive documentation. Well its been going on 2 months and he hasn't receive or heard anything. He had to call to find out they haven't received the authorization form. They told the person that sold him the insurance they haven't received the forms from the hospital when my friend already send them to them. Lincoln Heritage tried to call him a liar about his dad's medical history because they don't want to pay. Never asked for a medical exam. If you have the same thing happen to you contact the Commissioner of Insurance, Better Business Bureau and probably a lawyer.

My late Sister had a policy, and within a month, everything was taken care of.

Make changes and coverage fast and simple, can't beat that, and even better, understanding coverage .Coverage after you've pass away, love it.

This company didn't waste any time giving me the benefits my mother left for me, after she passed. I provided what I needed to them, and once they received it they issued me a check the next day. I would recommend them.

Lincoln Heritage was very concern when I called and reported my mother had passed. It was very simple and their response was very quick to helping me at the funeral home. I just gave the policy number to the funeral home and Lincoln handle everything. I did not have to speak to the funeral director concerning the policy.
