This company is a joke!!!!! If you are considering purchasing a policy from this company DON'T!!!! The sales person who my mother got her policy through was great to talk to and responded quickly but then u are told to call another number where the operator barely spoke clear English and that's when you are told you have to pay out of pocket and IF everything pans out you'll get a check within 24 hours. Two months later still don't have any payment from this company and no phone calls or emails indicating what's going on with the account.. Unfortunately your loved ones think they are doing you a favor in getting these policies. My recommendation to you is go to a local company and make the arrangements through them and most will let you make payments. This company is a scam and they prey on the sick and elderly.
