We lost our mom on 5/25/20
And lhli was so respectful and caring they didnt make us jump through hoops to handle the business if only the funeral home we used Was a gracious..But Thank you to Lincoln Heritage for making things less stressful ..The customer service was amazing each person I spoke to was so helpful and caring..and the sent money due swiftly..I am now considering them for my life insurance needs Blessings..

My mother passed away recently, Aug 21, 2019 and I contacted Lincoln about her policy the next day. The representatives offered sincere condolences and was very friendly and helpful. I had the paperwork within a couple of day to fill out. The paperwork was very simple and not hard to complete. I sent the paperwork on Friday Sept 6, 2019 and received the check on Sept 17, 2019. This company makes the process easy on the grieving family and they are so kind and helpful. The excellent service I received from Lincoln made this difficult time in my life a little easier and I Thank them very much. I will definitely be buying insurance for myself and my husband from this company and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Lincoln Life for everything!

Lincoln Heritage made a sad, confusing, and stressful time for our family much easier. They patiently answered my questions and quickly processed my mother's claim. I would like to thank all of their kind staff for helping us to navigate a very difficult storm.

With the devastating passing of my Mom they made this a very fast process. I sent an email, called a couple of days later and they had received the email. Faxed death certificate and the check was sent right away. Thank you for your promptness and kindness.

My mother passed away 7/11/19 I received the appropriate forms within a matter of day and paid out within 24 hours of sending the death cert; thanks for making this transition so easy and quick

I liked this company's response to our death claim. The forms were easy to fill out. Ashley from the claims department was so helpful and kind, The payment was deposited in my account very quickly and I even got a letter telling me when the deposit was made. Excellent company when you need help in the worst of times.

Losing my brother, my partner in crime since we were little was one of the worst days of my life! Thanks to a Lincoln Heritage they helped me soo much in all the arrangements. They have a wonderful funeral concierge service that spoke to the funeral home and helped with all the questions, they took care of the claims and worked fast and efficiently with the funeral home. I received the death certificate, ashes and the rest of the insurance so fast. We were able to do everything the way my brother wanted with the help from Lincoln Heritage and Im glad my mom is also insured with them! Thank you so much for helping us during one of the darkest times in our lives!

Charged my mom 3 times and the bill was payed by a different person. For 3 months so they where paid twice a month and that's not right.

Carmen and I selected Lincoln because of our agent Daniel Butler and pricing of policy. Carmen died suddenly and Daniel came to house and to funeral, totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. The hospital took 6 months to send 9 pieces of paper needed to pay claim. Daniel called every month and Lincoln sent letters every month about progress. I've made a new friend in Daniel and love Lincoln.

I have requested that they stop sending me mail and to remove me from their list but to no avail. They continue to harass with unwanted mail and even 3 visits. This must stop. Not interested on the funeral insurance they are offering

If they keep on sending me mail I will file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau and file an official claim with the Postmaster.

Since I'm not a customer nor do I have any plans to be one, the gripe I have with this company is that they continue flooding my mailbox with several offers. Every single time I think the envelope is something official or important, I open it up to find out it's Lincoln Heritage. At some point, they actually sent a salesperson to my door at 10 A.M. weekly without my consent. I finally answered and told them to shove off. These people are endlessly annoying.

For all those who speak Spanish, please check your policy to see if they got the coverage. They did it to me without warning. I do not have complication. I am healthy, only 3 months ago they put me in medication for High pressure. He told me that that's why they lowered my policy, which lack of professionalism ..

We got life insurance with Lincoln just more than a year and suddenly my husband passed away last month. I wasn't expecting to get as much since he needs 2 years to complete the package. So we were surprised to get more than we expect. I highly recommend Lincoln to all interested in having life insurance you will not regret. Also when we call they responded immediately and get everything settled. Thank you Lincoln Heritage Life insurance and more power to you!

My Mom had her life insurance through this company. They were very good about their willingness to deposit the funds into my account rather than mailing a check. I am always nervous about getting checks because I am afraid I will accidentally throw them away or shred them.

My father passed away due to this pandemic out of state but Lincoln heritage worked as quickly as possible to help in this difficult time especially when unexpected . THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. Especially to Ms. Suzanne.

This insurance company does not want to pay out a 6,000 payment! We are fighting it as of right now BUT BEWARE my mom was on a fixed income and she made sure to pay this monthly for them not to want to pay out such a small amount of money! I just want to pay off my mom's funeral and try to heal, but this company has made it so hard and so much worse for me and my children to even heal because I have such a large bill to pay I can focus on the healing part! I am very disappointed in this life insurance company just check out other companies before settling in this one, you want you family to be secure this is not security!

No Insurance company is perfect. And most of the negative feedback on this site is erroneous. There's always two sides to every story. Lincoln Heritage covered my mother and father even with health issues. I wouldn't have whole life insurance with anyone else. I've never had a problem with Lincoln Heritage. My mother, father, daughter, wife and myself all have Final Expense policies and Funeral Advantage with this company. I highly recommend this company for funeral planning and lowering the cost of a funeral. Agents come out because there is so much to explain about what this company does. They have the best Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage in America. It even covers Acts of War and Terrorism. None like it....I very satisfied.

I highly recommend Lincoln Heritage Life Ins. When my daddy passed away, I called them to let them know. They paid the funeral home very fast and sent what was left to my mom within a month of my dad passing. Even the funeral home director said that Lincoln is one of the best insurance because of how fast they pay.

I am very happy with this company. The guy who signed us up was very compassionate, patient, and kind. When he moved to another state he gave us his phone number but also gave us the name of the person locally who would represent us. When our son passed the funeral home worked with the company for us so I didn't have to submit the claim myself. A couple of days later I received a call from the guy who had signed us up, expressing his sympathy. He remembered meeting our son, who had a disability, and was very comforting. I am very pleased with the services they have rendered.

When I called to start the claiming process, the agent was very polite and courteous. He expressed his condolences and as soon as I had all the paper work done, the insurance send the check. Thank you very much for the efficient way to handle this type of matters.

It's hard to believe I just celebrated 9 years with Lincoln Heritage & Golden Memorial (time fly's!). Like ANY experience I suppose, mine has been both challenging and rewarding. For those like minded skeptics out there who may be reading this, it's certainly not perfect. But then "perfect" doesn't exist, now does it? That said, Lincoln Heritage STRIVES to be #1 in the final expense arena and as we like to say over at Golden Memorial, numbers don't lie... Prior to Lincoln Heritage, I was appointed with 8 different carriers (big names you'd recognize) and literally NONE of them hold a candle to what LH can and does provide for it's sales force and their policy holders... They promise to pick up the phone when you or your client calls with impeccable customer service. They promise to pay the claim as fast as humanly possible. Your agents were wonderful helping me work thru my sister's sudden passing as my brother suddenly passed in April of this year and now I'm the only one left of my family. They don't even let you know the only way you can cancel is through a letter also they take money out your account and will not refund you unless it goes through management.

Had insurance for my parents for the last 3 years my mom passed away in November 2019 I don't have words to thank them enough for the help and the fast service for all the funeral arrangements. I recommend everyone to get the insurance I'm getting for myself too. Thank you

This insurance was sold to my mom true a lady that my uncle new than half way meaning 4 thousand dollars later she change banks then we told the company to change information to new bank so they said it was all done wrong then they said because she didn't make a payment everything was drop they took the money & ran don't apply for it please.

Be careful They will add dental insurance to your life insurance without your consent.

Both of my parents were covered by Lincoln Heritage life insurance and they both were very pleased with the company and confident that they would take care of there needs accordingly, which they have fulfilled an excellent job with both of my parents, at such a terrible time they along with Schrader funeral home made it so much easier on me were I didn't have to worry about that aspect of things and could just focus on the lost of my parents it is a company that is true to their word and very prompt in taking care of the things at hand, thank you Lincoln Heritage for being so prompt and having my back at such a difficult time in my life, and I will be referring your company to any and all in the future, God Bless

Very nice agency's. Helpful and friendly. Price seems reasonable.

I fell on hard times and they didn't care. All you are is numbers to them. I explained my situation, made every effort to "get back on the horse" so to speak and they terminated my contract anyway.

Sickening. They claim to be a family-owned company where their agents are valuable assets but you're nothing to them but a disposable commodity.

Their leads aren't reliable, most of the time aren't even interested buyers. Which of course can be overcame with sales strategies but it was hard when I was seeing no return for the investment into leads, no return on the money I was wasting in gas and I followed the sales presentation, which thankfully is only just a few minutes, explaining a few things because who wants a 2hr sales pitch? After I explained my situation to the SGA, I was told the MGA who supervised over me was also terminated, for no reason whatsoever other than the jerk could.

I wouldn't recommend working for them. Clearly they don't value who works for them.

This company was everything you could want from a life insurance company. My grandmother died and everything went smoothly. My agent help through my family through the process.

When you are in a moment of losing a love one, you tend to be disoriented and lost some focus. So, I don't even know where my policy is, but Lincoln Heritage staff has been very accommodating in helping me how to go through about it. It has been an eery issue, to even bring burial insurance up to the family, but it was my Mom who asked me to set up one for her, even when the idea of loosing her is still not acceptable at that point. I guess she just want me to be prepared when time comes, and I thank her, otherwise it would have been even more stressful and painful departure. I'm glad that Lincoln Heritage has been very sympathetic and compassionate to a delicate minds of people who are grieving.

Lincoln handled claim extremely fast and without delay.

There is an agent by the name of Jean Charles who is in the south Florida area who is misleading people by selling modified coverages for Lincoln Heritage that ends up not helping at all. I had a final expense coverage for 2 years paying about $60 a month. Our loved one passed away on the 2nd year and the policy paid us out 1,000 after 2 years. Makes no sense what so ever. Do yourself a favor avoid the headache with Lincoln Heritage. Very misleading.

Next time you send someone to our house unannounced we will call the police, consider this your first warning!

I was very disappointed in their services for my Mother. She passed away and all Lincoln Heritage paid out was $200+ and come to find out, that was the payout for less than a year which was in very small print. I asked the life insurance agent specifically about how much would be paid out for my 83 year old mother and he showed me something that showed $1,000 because of her age. What a crock!

If I COULD DO NO STARS I WOULD THESE PEOPLE REALLY SCREWED ME AND TOOK MY MONEYAND NOW THEY TELL ME THEY CANT PUT IT BACK IN MY BANK THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 DAYS FOR THEM TO MAIL MY DAMN MONEY.... WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY......

I called Lincoln Heritage regarding a possible policy that my father may have had but had not paid on years. They were very responsive they told me of the necessary documents they needed. I sent those over and with in a day I was able to use money he had towards his burial.

This company was very fast compassionate and caring. I really appreciate that.

Honestly, my grandmother passed away 6/25/2018 and it has been a year and there hasn t been any progress. I honestly don t understand what s the hold up because we should be able to receive the money she has put into her policy. Everyone says their process is speedy but ours hasn t. Hopefully, everything works out soon.

Harassment by clogging one's mailbox every week seems to be their mode of sales. Numerous times for two years I have asked to cancel--even though I never did sign up to receive mail from them. Now, 2.5 years later in a phone call they treat the consumer like an idiot. Bad company. Go elsewhere.

Lincoln Heritage promptly paid full benefits on my dad's policy when he passed away and were very kind and understanding. I really appreciate their awesome service.
