Lincoln Endoscopy Center Review

Prior to having a colonoscopy, performed by this group I had never experienced gastrointestinal cramps or any abdominal issues. After, I have chronic abdominal cramping, been to the emergency room, and suffered an inguinal hernia requiring surgery. My quality of life drastically suffers. This is an example of social medicine and a Mill. Also after my preventive surgery here and my problems I could not get an Appointment for 30 days.. and the staff claimed my problems were not caused by their operation.

The only disappointment was getting there at the time required and sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes before going back to get the procedure done that took 15 minutes

If you have not met your deductible, they will ask you to pay for your procedures upfront, without going through your insurance first. I needed an upper GI and I did not have 2,000 in cash so I did not have the test done..

I don't want to give them any stars. Terrible place. Terrible service. Rude nurses, rude staff, rude doctors. The only nice person I have talked to was the billing person because the want my money!

I had to get some testing done for digestive issues. They left a voicemail with the diagnosis and told me to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. When I called back to get more information they were annoyed I wanted more detail. I ended up allergic to the medicine and my option was to continue the meds or quit - they didn't know why I was having any reaction to the medication.

I now have to have a colonoscopy with them and I am very nervous for the care and to be put under by this team. I received information in the mail stain the nurse would call a week before the appointment. When I didn't hear a week before, I called and was told they would call 3 days before. The lady was so rude. Told me to stop fretting and I would get a call. The only person I have heard from is billing to set up payments.

So sad that I hear from billing before I hear from a nurse or scheduler. It shows their priority is money before patient care. If I had other insurance options I would take them. This place is terrible.

The doctors and staff at Lincoln Endoscopy Center are very professional. The quality of treatment was excellent, but woe be unto you if you fall behind on payments because they will get you.

I had to go the hospital after my Colonoscopy because Dr. cut too deep to remove a polyp. Cost me $1600 out of pocket to be in the hospital. They are not responsible when they make a mistake. I have to go back for my 3 year colonoscopy and I am afraid.

Dr Hrniceck and all the staff are outstanding. Procedure was completed in less than 20 minutes. THANK YOU

I received a letter from these folks, the letter detailed my appointment time. Fearing the worst, based upon the poor reviews that I have read about, I called to confirm my appointment time. The individual who answered, informed me that my letter was in error, rather I was to report promptly at 7:15 and ignore the scheduled time stated in the letter. Upon arrival, I was informed that the time on the letter was correct. I am sitting in the entryway, forced to wait four hours.

I fear what else these folks might get wrong, lesson learned, heed the reviews. I look forward to the vague scripted apology response that follows an honest accounting of a poor customer experience. At this time, it means absolutely nothing.

UPDATE: After sharing my experience with the LEC folks, I was informed that I would be reimbursed for the medication expense which I incurred in preparing for the procedure. Although I have complied with the LEC request to submit receipts, such as the receipt for the medication I was prescribed, I must sadly report, that at this time, I have not received the promised recompense.

Do not come to this place they will give you a false diagnosis and provide false tests. they like to tell everyone that they have celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity their object is to just get more money.your life is in danger. I went to see Dr. Thomas he made up a diagnosis of celiac disease can t provide the tests that he says he has he made up the excuse that they don t use that lab anymore because they had too many problems with them. They got me canceled from my insurance,and now tells me that if I don t eat gluten The celiac test will come back negative but the insurance won t Honor it anyway. They will just say that I wasn t eating gluten but I still have celiac disease this place is a joke and Dr. Thomas is a quack. DON T COME HERE YOUR LIFE WILL BE IN DANGER!!!!!!!! RUN

Had my colonoscopy done here! They were extremely polite and helpful! The nursing staff took really good care of me too! Thank you so much!

.I called to talk with a nurse to have the Dr. Refill my medication, that I need to survive. The lady who answered the phone was rude to me and I said let me talk to a nurse, she then laughed at me. Very rude and not professional. The rest of the staff over the years since 1992 have been super nice. I would love to visit with the supervisor. I don't think anyone should ever be rude or laugh or insult the patient's intelligence.

Excellent flexible hours. Excellent Doctors & support staff. High quality care for every patient.

The best place to go for a procedure! They really take care of you here!

Do not go to this facility. My wife and I have both had bad experiences at this business. They treat you like you are just a number. And that is the quality of care you will get. They are more concerned about getting you in and back out than caring how you feel or care about you at all. They recently had my wife as a patient and made us leave while my wife was barely able to walk yet and she was still severely under the effect of the drugs and had no idea where she was. They needed the bed for the next victim. Drive to Omaha or anywhere else besides here. It is a dangerous place and they treat you like an assembly line. Their nursing staff is also rude and unprofessional. There is no privacy and you can hear everyone else's health issues as well as the others hear yours. There are no HIPPA laws practiced here. For your own safety stay away!

The phone staff have been impolite where it makes me not want to go there and health care shouldn't be that way.

I have had 4 colonoscopies here and never encountered a single hitch (knock on wood, another one coming up soon). Of course, it helps that my insurance covers 100% of the procedure, including the copay. I wonder if some of these other reviewers just ranted about their experiences because they (1) had unrealistic expectations or (2) were in a rotten mood before even walking in the door.

I feel dr was very unprofessional, and didnt have time to answer questions .I felt dr .was rude.

This place is more concerned with money than about patient care. I was on the phone longer with the billing person who went into more detail than the person in the clinic did going over the questionnaire and explaining my procedure to me.
They were just as awful over ten years ago with not even following up when I had a bad experience with a "routine procedure". They haven't changed one bit. I'd rather drive further to get quality care!
Please be aware of their assembly line care - it could cost you your health, and they won't care because all they care about is getting your money!
