I received a letter from these folks, the letter detailed my appointment time. Fearing the worst, based upon the poor reviews that I have read about, I called to confirm my appointment time. The individual who answered, informed me that my letter was in error, rather I was to report promptly at 7:15 and ignore the scheduled time stated in the letter. Upon arrival, I was informed that the time on the letter was correct. I am sitting in the entryway, forced to wait four hours.
I fear what else these folks might get wrong, lesson learned, heed the reviews. I look forward to the vague scripted apology response that follows an honest accounting of a poor customer experience. At this time, it means absolutely nothing.
UPDATE: After sharing my experience with the LEC folks, I was informed that I would be reimbursed for the medication expense which I incurred in preparing for the procedure. Although I have complied with the LEC request to submit receipts, such as the receipt for the medication I was prescribed, I must sadly report, that at this time, I have not received the promised recompense.
