.I called to talk with a nurse to have the Dr. Refill my medication, that I need to survive. The lady who answered the phone was rude to me and I said let me talk to a nurse, she then laughed at me. Very rude and not professional. The rest of the staff over the years since 1992 have been super nice. I would love to visit with the supervisor. I don't think anyone should ever be rude or laugh or insult the patient's intelligence.
