It showed nowhere that the price was in USD currency, it only showed when I bought the ticket and got the confirmation email. Now with the CAN-USD currency, I paid more for the ticket in sale than if I just bought the ticket directly at the mountain. So if you're Canadian, just know that the price showed is in USD.

I thought I was on the Brighton ski resort page booking advance tickets and then was mysteriously charged an extra fee. At first it felt like it was sneaky on Liftopia's part because it didn't show up until after checkout. Come to find out it's a Brighton fee for their chipped cards.

Very quick, and I saved over 40% on a two-day ticket to Burke in VT this weekend. Two days (weekend) of skiing for $113. Cant really beat it. Always have used Liftopia cause they take super broke people like me to the mountain..

Never received confirmation email for purchase. Customer support at Liftopia says they never received money. Bank says they did. Scam? Regardless someone received the money. Be careful!!

Fantastic customer service! As a 1st time user making a mistake I was concerned I wouldn t be able to change the order. The reps name was Teigan and he took care of it within 10 minutes and issued a refund and I reordered with no issues. Definitely will be using Liftopia again just because of their level of customer care.

It was fine, until I tried to add a ticket for one of our party who had his own equipment. There's no cart or any way to add it without completely finishing one sale option then completely starting over for the on who has equipment

do not buy with them, do not recommend, poor service, do not provide information on the schedules time ( open and close ), are only buried in selling the lift tickets and if something happens you lost your money.

Easy booking. Fast, efficient, reliable software. Purchasing lift tickets made it easy. After payment goes thru successfully, immediate confirmation sent via email. While still on the website after payment is complete, option to print the confirmation of your booking right then and there. I will continue to purchase lift tickets thru their website. Their service is impeccable. Before payment is submitted to finalize the purchase of tickets, the page offers $7 lift ticket protection plan in the event sick, injured, unexpected events come up, the plan pays 100%. But the webpage doesn't reveal more info until after payment is submitted. The protection policy is thru Allianz Global Assistance, you file the claim thru them, and not thru Liftopia. If you feel you'll definitely go, no need to buy protection. If unsure, then purchase at your discretion $7.

Always a great deal on skiing! As with everything, BUYER BEWARE, you must read the fine print. They are not responsible if the resort is closed due to conditions or you can't make it because something came up in your life. That's the chance you take for a cheap day on the slopes. We've been using them for years in and out of state and have NEVER had an issue. I can't say enough good things about them.
