I would give it zero if I could! Worst experience ever. I've been in the healthcare field for 25 years and never have I witnessed such blatent disregard for rules. The lack of compassion and empathy was absent. As a mother being transferred from a local hospital to Cleveland Clinic pediatric hospital downtown with a sick child my anxiety level was sky high. The way we were treated was unacceptable and I pray nobody else has to deal with this paramedic who definitely needs a change of careers. Rude, reckless driving, and cold. Awful! Beware. I'm sure they aren't all bad but this guy was a nightmare. His poor partner.
I will be forever grateful for the quick response of the ambulance and fire dept. when I had to call for my minor child. They were at my house before I even got off the phone with 911.
