Great health benefits and perks here. Student loan reimbursements and other financial perks. I've been an employee for 9 years, moved up from a part time DSP to full time DSP and then to a salaried office position within 3 years. I have been in my current position now for about 6 years and I still actually like my job. Majority of the people who work here, truly strive to put the individuals first. That's why I'm still here after all these years.

They make it impossible to get your money back once it's in the trust fund. You are at their mercy they decide whether or not to give you your money. The experience I had the lady told me shes doing what's best for Medicaids best interest not yours. So I wish I would've stayed away from this place. Find another organization if you want projects done on your house. Legit projects that u need done will not get done. They will tell you what your aloud to do with your money. It's a nightmare! Honestly.

This organization is my place of work. If anyone has a love one this is the agency that WILL ALWAYS put your love ones first. Its very family oriented and with its GREAT residentals support teams.

We just got out of an experience with them. The insurance side needs a lot of work.. Little to no communication with the BCBA at times. Therapists on their phones all the time. We had one really good therapist however she received little to no input from the BCBA. Everyone was on vacation and taking off days constantly. Just not worth it . We left after 6 months.

Excellent place to have my grandson go with special needs, people are outstanding
