They make it impossible to get your money back once it's in the trust fund. You are at their mercy they decide whether or not to give you your money. The experience I had the lady told me shes doing what's best for Medicaids best interest not yours. So I wish I would've stayed away from this place. Find another organization if you want projects done on your house. Legit projects that u need done will not get done. They will tell you what your aloud to do with your money. It's a nightmare!
