One of the tallest castle in Europe. This castle can be seen from far away from the city. When the sun brights on it it turns goldish. Have been inside and is very big. Definitely a must go in Prague. It makes you feel like you are back in medieval ages! There arent a lot of places to eat there. There is also a big cathedral inside.
Wow. I'm so exited about this place. Architecture of the cathedral is adorable, old stone paved roads and walls are cool as well.
There is a viewpoint in the cathedral, kind of tower with spiral staircase. It's not free, but worth to climb the one. The sight is greatful
Our trip to the magnificent Prague Castle was extraordinary. The place is beautiful and enormous and beautifully maintained. The palace grounds are huge. The architecture is spectacular and the walk around the castle was really worth the few hours of indulgence. The weather was surreal and the blue skies were really showing off Prague.

Prague retains many ancient and steeple buildings, it also known as the City of Hundred Towers. If Prague cannot be called an architectural museum, I don t know where it can be called.
You can stay all day for watching the buildings or taking many photos there, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale scene. It feels great!

The history of the Alchemists who used to live in Golden Lane is absolutely interesting. Walking the street thinking about the great scientists who used to live in the past is just amazing. Don't know whether they were able to solve the riddle of life through Philosopher's Stone.
Walking through the lanes in the castle takes you back 100s of years and is my favourite passtime in Prague.
The house where Kafka lived for sometime is also worth visiting. The view of the city from the castle is absolutely beautiful.
I recommend to hire a guide to know all the intricacies, stories and monuments.
Prague Castle is a sight to behold whether by day or by night, from near or far. I recommend taking in its beauty whilst walking along the river, then climbing the steps up to the castle (which takes a while, or take the tram) and explore inside the castle walls, including the cathedral, park and gardens on the north side, and south gardens. There is a quaint street with small colourful houses on The Golden Lane which is worth seeing during low tourist season when there are no queues.
Beautiful castle, lots of culture and history there... you really feel like you are in that medieval era. It has Christmas markets inside around the third week of December which serve tasty food and wine and the vibe is happy and fun.
The world's largest castle ! The pictures are juat different parts but the castle itself is the size of a small town! So big and free to walk. We went at night and were able to go all around the "campus" l. Great view overlooking the city. Pictures didn't come out great because it was night but can still get an idea. Prague has has much history. It's a shame there is so much theft, drugs and crime to be aware when you're walking around.
it was cool, the best part was golden lane, my biggest suggestion is to go RIGHT at opening. i had the whole place to myself, no people and everything ran smoothly. right when i was leaving was when it got super crowded and crazy so remember, early bird gets the worm
