This review was posted on middle of October and updated November 1. First of all, nurses seem to disregard call lights, Majority of the nurses are Inconsiderate and do not care, I'm speaking for the Harborside Division. I'm observing what I see while I visited.
Gruesome and poor care in my opinion. Majority of people are here to do their work and get out. Nothing more, call lights are seldomly answered, taking 3 hours from what I heard when my father called. The atmosphere is depressing as the nurses seem expressionless and dissatisfied with their work. The facility when you enter is amazing and beautiful, when you get into the rooms is outdated, some air conditioner units are updated, some are not.
The compassion for their work is non-existent and the dining area is fancy. However service is incredibly lacking, the employees are their for only the money it seems, they do not really try to serve people with care.
Physical therapists are great and kind from what I know and heard, that is a great plus. Kind and friendly to their patients.
Food is subpar but nothing was really expected from a rehabilitation place.
Some receptionists are nice, overall it seems there isnt a quality manager for the place. The downgrade of service is apparent when you enter the harborside division. I do not speak for the bayside division as we were not located there.il
