view the location is cool, facing the artificial lake and mountain, the room is ok, but the water in the toilet of the seminar hall is not smooth ... please pay attention again considering that many guests from agencies use the hall for the seminar.

Great resort for corporate events, gatherings, etc.

Hotel was still new but services and food was horrible:
1. During check-in I asked for late check out 2 PM and it was confirmed. But on the next day, Ms. Aura rahmah from receptionist phoned to my room on 12 PM and asked us to get out as soon as possible since the room will be used by another guest and hotel is full. Checked through online site and found that 10+ rooms are still available on that day so I dont understand why they have to lie to kick us out. Why they said late check out is ok if they force us to go out on 12 PM sharp on next day.
2. We had dinner buffet but taste was horrible. Price is IDR 150 K but it was only rice, vegetables, chicken, soup, and watermelon & pineapples.

Place was clean and nice but no wonder there was no many guests, they have to improve their services if they want more guests. Not recommended to stay here at all.

A comfortable place for events and overnight stays.

Nice hotel but lacking maintenance, clogged bathrooms, dusty rooms, creased furniture, dirty curtains, no good restaurant food, the rates are quite expensive for unsatisfactory facilities.

Very comfortable, the right place for a vacation ... the air is fresh ... plus a place for Manca Krida (out bond) is currently being built. The road to the five places is cool by going through the red suspension bridge ... great ...

If you can curtain the inside of the bracket using brass (rods, ring curtain hooks), so it's easy for visitors to open the lid, fit the extra dpsg screw so it doesn't come off easily.
Sm the towels are replaced but they are fragrant, a bit musty.
All services. Ok

Staycation during a pandemic ... the view is beautiful ... the bridge is pretty good for olga ..., there is an outbound too but it has to be too ... the hotel is comfortable but syng right there again there is a reception ... when the kids play ... so it just lacks privacy ...

The service is okay, the breakfast is okay it's just that the place to eat is not so big, it happens to be early check in the room with pool access, the pool is clean, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable suitable for those who want to staycation, and most importantly all the staff are friendly, starting from CS, security , and all hotel staff ..

Beautiful scenery and fresh air, toll access from Jakarta is only 50km.

Not bad facilities. But the room is not too clean. The balcony was dirty, lots of lizard droppings and there were cigarette butts on the fence.

A nice, cool vacation spot and close to the toll, so don't worry about the problem of opening and closing the peak route. The food is delicious, although there is less variety.
The place is really beautiful, and there are lots of activities to participate in: bicycle, outbound, flying fox, also taking a boat around Cigombong lake.
Near the place to stay there are also lots of food that can be listened directly, or order via ojol.
It can be a difference around the area to stay, there are rentals too.
You can be satisfied with photos around the hotel, lots of cool spots, for example suspension bridges, lakes, including limestone hills in the MNC land area.
The end of the year will be here again! Hopefully the parking lot has been expanded.

Not according to the star, there are no facilities, only a swimming pool that can be used, and even then it's not too clean. in the fitness center almost all the equipment is under maintenance, here and there the renovation is quite disturbed by the renovation work.

For breakfast, the menu is super duper a bit, very standard, like a 2 star hotel standard, for the salad bar there are no choices, for croissants not fresh at all.

The front desk is friendly, and the staff is also friendly, get a welcome drink, clean rooms.
But for the price offered is totally not worthed.

It's so cold to stay at the hotel Lido Lakes Bogor. The restaurant's food is great, it fits perfectly with anyone's taste

Good change of scenery. With greeneries everywhere, certainly good for the eyes. Breakfast spread were so-so. Need more effort in cleanliness. Overall good experience

Good service and i love the ambiance in this hotel. Stay 2d 1n in presidential suite room. They have bathtube with outdoor view, excelso coffee machine and big tv with soundbar. But the bathtub leaking underneath

Alhamdulillah Lido lake hotel is a five star hotel by MNC group. Alhamdulillah, the place is very comfortable. Top class equipment and services. The hotel rooms are very comfortable with fantastic facilities. LED TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, beautiful view, and others. The food is fantastic. Alhamdulillah. Starting from rice, porridge, local food, regional food, foreign food. God willing, complete. Also drinks from cold, warm, colorless drinks are all there. Lots of juice also available. The swimming pool facilities Alhamdulillah are good too.

The place is spacious, suitable for family vacations. There is a swimming pool, outbound, kids club, indoor outdoor Playground, a sports venue, there is a BBQ night every night of the week. Friendly employees, already cleanstay, but far from the center of the crowd, suitable for a staycation. Cleanliness needs to be improved a little. Deposit per night per room is IDR 500,000 because we booked more than 5 rooms in the end, it is only charged 1,500,000.
