I dealt with Maria Clifford for our recent house purchase and she was nothing short of amazing. As this was our first house purchase we required a little bit of hand holding but Maria was a thorough professional and met us multiple times at the property so that our children could see the potential of our new home. From offer to key in the door it took just 4 weeks,which I understand isn't the norm, but it was due in no small part to the open communication and efficiency of Maria and her team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been with Liberty Blue as a tenant since 2016 and have had a wonderful experience with them. All staff members are friendly and helpful.

They have always been really helpful and responsive on the request(s) made recently and in the past as well. And now with the Fixflo property maintenance software integration into their system, the quality of service and quality of experience has increased even more. The reduced waiting time in resolving the reported issue, and being able to see the status of the reported issue without requiring any telephonic intervention, the automated workflow of the process makes life easier for both tenants and the letting agency, and I believe for landlords as well.

They use this certain application where you lodge your maintenance request and everything gets sorted right on time. You don't even have to call, email or pop over to their office as everything is sorted right away. They re highly efficient with their job!

In terms of maintenance, so far so good any requests I have put in have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner. The websites maintenance request section makes it easy for residents to flag their issue. You can give a detailed report of the problem and attach pictures. Any problems I have flagged so far have been resolved within 2-3 days. Very happy with this service and the people I have come in contact with so far!

Liberty Blue have always been a pleasure to deal with. They helped us find the perfect property to rent. There is never an issue when reporting maintenance issues. The staff are professional and always extremely pleasant to deal with. We are very happy tenants.

Long story short, arrived to an "open viewing" where the agent was nowhere to be found, waited an hour outside with others, called the office 3 times.

The agent finally comes out and was very rude and entitled and basically said that the apartment has been taken and just walked off.

Meanwhile, the apartment ad has been renewed again, so it seems he lied about it.

This was for the open viewing of 12 Penrose Court at 3:30pm on 23/01/20

Liberty Blue are by far the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We are currently tenants. The software they use is so user-friendly and allows us to log any issues with our property quickly and efficiently. They get back to us really quickly and the whole process is fantastic.
