A family member died and this company took months to get back with us about the claim. While still in grief, we contacted this insurance company and they denied the claim. They said though he died from cancer, which was not a pre existing condition, he had diabetes. In his application he listed that he had diabetes and the policy was approved. However, he did not die of diabetes, he died of cancer. This insurance make lots of money from people by scamming them. They are very greedy and cold hearted. Please do not do buy with them.

Try everything thing to not pay your claim.

I'm an agent. They are nice to do business with. Wish their underwriting was a little looser in some areas, but all in all good company.

I was not impressed with this company. They do not care about their customers should they have to file a claim. Processing is slow, to non responsive. I am still waiting to get my claim processed. It has been over a month since the passing of my sibling. All paperwork was completed and OVERNIGHTED. Every time I call for a follow up their response is "we will be in touch as soon as we complete our review." I understand there is protocol , but it is going on over a month. Really? Don't waste your time or money! They only want your money but do not care about paying what is owed to you!! Buyer beware!!!

Disgraceful my mother's claim was denied after my family has been devastated by covid taking her. Policy #179437L wasted time and money.

My nephew took out a burial policy on March 2, 2020, unfortunately on November 15, 2020 he died of cancer. There is absolutely no record of him ever being diagnosed with cancer before March, 2020. I understand the contestability period, BUT 4 months and numerous requests to forward the death certificate over and over. If you are reading this, don't purchase burial insurance with them, they are slow and messy with a claim.

Decided to get the policy because we like to ride our motorcycles and if anything were to happen we would be out of work for a while. Well, shortly after signing up (which the sales guy made it seem SO simple to file a claim) i wrecked on my motorcycle. Wasn t going very fast but it still hurt for a couple days and the dr said i had a mild concussion. Well, turns out almost 2 weeks after signing up and them taking my payment they finally had a policy number so i could make my claim. Did so within a day and here we are over a month later and now the agent who sold us the policy isn t answering our calls and we have yet to receive the check that was being processed 2 weeks ago. And then he said they wait to pay out until we have made our 2nd payment due to fraud .. uuummmm . I sent in the ER notes from the dr and everything- how could it be fraud? Also, quick to take my money but not to pay out my claim . Yeah. Going back to Aflac. They are way nicer, more responsive and i cab do everything on an app and get the payments direct deposited. This company is a joke!

BEWARE OF WASTING YOUR MONEY ON LIFE INS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DENY YOU WHEN YOUR FAMILY NEEDS PAYMENT THE MOST. DENIED MY MOTHER WHO DIED OF COVID AFTER DIGGING FOR MONTHS TO FIND A LOOPHOLE WAY OUT OF PAYING. GOOGLE REVIEWS SHOULD ALLOW FOR GIVING NO STARS!
