Purchased fridge freezer GBB59SWJZB but the tray for hanging out the door did not matter no matter what tool I used so called customer service. After 7 calls and two weeks' waiting time (then check customer service informed me that "the person who can send out such items is sick so you have to wait one week") and explained my case 7ggr from scratch, I get the wrong piece. Though I explained to 7 different people that it is the upper hinge and also given the number on the tray in the installation manual, I got the lower hinge that already works. But most of all, I am struck by the customer's total incompetence regarding cold freezing and nonchalant attitudes to solving my simple problem. Almost everyone I talked to did not even know how to hang the door even after checking in their guide but gave me incorrect information time after time.

Urusla washing / drying machines and abusive customer service. Combined washer / dryer does not work from LG. Leaks water and gives several error message. Contacted customer service where Niklas claims that LG takes no responsibility if you cannot prove that it is an LG washing machine. Apparently, neither the logo nor the marking on the mask is enough.
Have had my LG TV for almost 7 years flat 42 inches. Has worked flawlessly. Now I'm going to buy a home theater system from you. Hope it works just as well.
LG Electronics is headquartered in Sweden. There is plenty of parking outside but requires proof at the reception. Large showroom displays.
Will never buy LG's products again, this is how your TV will look after the TV overheated due to poor construction and LG shrugs its shoulders if the warranty has expired despite it being a known fault around the world and some regions have extended the warranty but not the Nordics.
Warning for LG phones! If your phone breaks after a week, they learn to claim that you caused the error yourself. They will notoriously refuse responsibility and can not admit that their phones have problems with certain components. I will never buy LG product and can not recommend anyone to do it either.
Hi LG Sweden, Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with your lack of wanting to fix your customers' problems. 1.5 years ago I bought an LG Nexus 5X mobile phone from an Australian webshop, which is where I lived at that time. Now it seems to have been hit by the very common problem "bootloop", which is due to substandard hardware. In the current state, I can just as easily use the mobile phone as a door stop, as it can neither start normally nor in recovery mode. When I contact LG's Swedish customer service regarding my problem, I get the answer that when the mobile is purchased abroad, the 2-year warranty that exists in Sweden does not apply (the same warranty is otherwise available in Australia). LG's Australian customer service also refuses to take responsibility for a product that does not comply with its warranty. In other words, it seems that LG is choosing to lose a future customer and in the context of the negative advertising rather than repairing a substandard product that has not seen the end of its warranty. I would also like to point out that I was satisfied with my phone until the problem arose, but if this is how to meet their customers I unfortunately have no confidence in LG and will not buy their products again.
