Purchased fridge freezer GBB59SWJZB but the tray for hanging out the door did not matter no matter what tool I used so called customer service.

After 7 calls and two weeks' waiting time (then check customer service informed me that "the person who can send out such items is sick so you have to wait one week") and explained my case 7ggr from scratch, I get the wrong piece.
Though I explained to 7 different people that it is the upper hinge and also given the number on the tray in the installation manual, I got the lower hinge that already works.
But most of all, I am struck by the customer's total incompetence regarding cold freezing and nonchalant attitudes to solving my simple problem.
Almost everyone I talked to did not even know how to hang the door even after checking in their guide but gave me incorrect information time after time.
