In this hospital, people do not communicate as internally as after relatives. I was there for 3 days in the ICU and my relatives were not told anything.

And now on Monday I applied for a repeat respect for my medication and on Thursday it is not yet in.
The hospital just forgot to fax it.

The hospital also wants to just set up appointments that you have not made yourself.
Healthcare in the Netherlands must be better, but let's start with the fact that this hospital helps people instead of enforcing your own care as a patient.
