Lexus of Riverside Review

I just left LEXUS OF RIVERSIDE and they are the epitome of exceptional service A+++++++++! I had the WORST experience at Crown Lexus in Ontario! If interested why, I left a Google review.

The Service department and Frank, the service advisor are exceptional. The sales personnel could learn a lot how to treat customers and keep them coming back from their service people.

Elva Padilla and her team are fantastic. Strongly recommend anyone looking for new or used. I went out of my way from Huntington Beach because she emailed me faster then any other dealership.

On March 20 I received a call from my mother in law who owns a 2019 LS500 . She had gone to the store and her car wouldn't start when she was leaving the store. She called my wife and I for help. I arrived and called the dealership for help. I was told I'd be connected with a service advisor but only received voice mail so I left a message. After an hour still didn't get a returned call. Called again and was told NO ONE was available. I asked for service manager and was told he was in a meeting. Asked for sales manager and received voice mail but left a message. 2 1/2 hours later and still no call back. I had to search the manual and was able to start car. I still have questions about the car. It seems Lexus just wants to sell expensive cars and not provide service when the customer needs help.

Lexus of Riverside is a 10/10 experience. I was buying a used car that was not a Lexus and they still treated me as if I was buying a brand new Lexus! I also only saw one salesman (Waris) the whole time which is BIG for me. I absolutely hate when they send 3-4 salesman to try and sell me the car. He was kind, straight to the point, and when I came in and told him exactly what I needed he did it and got it done quickly. I was in and out within an hour and a half or less! I m so thankful I picked this place and when I m ready to buy a brand new car I will definitely go back there and buy a brand new Lexus.

Marcos was the one who helped us and he s been really nice. He s been really helpful with all the breakdown that was needed for us to get to where we wanted.
I would highly recommend going to this dealership and ask for Marcos!
And oh, he s a Dodger fan too so he really hit it off with my bf.

I had the best experience at Lexus of Riverside. Miguel went above and beyond to work with me. He was not pushy. He was respectful. He was humble and grateful. I can t say enough good things. The finance experience was seemless. I m very pleased and glad to give my business here. I will be coming back and referring my friends!

I had been casually looking for a Lexus RX350 since Oct 2020 with plans to buy in a few months. I was connected with Miguel Sevilla, the Internet Sales Manager, at Lexus of Riverside who stayed in touch and kept me up to date with my options. I finally bought my car this past weekend and am very happy! The process was super smooth and Miguel took great care of me and my family. If you're in the market for a new car, please go see him! The rest of the Lexus staff was great too, definitely VIP service. Worth the drive, time and money spent!

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership!
We got lie after lie on paperwork and numbers didn't match in the finance office. So please watch your back with sales (Ralph) as they like to lie about your tiers and payments !! So please don't waste your time with Riverside Lexus and find a dealer that will treat you with respect !
