Paid to have the locking nuts replaced on my ES350...

Paid to have the locking nuts replaced on my ES350. They took them off and never bothered to put the new ones on. So, I'm riding around for a few thousand miles with only 4 out of 5 nuts on my wheels. The name & address on my work order are wrong. I worked in the automotive field as a tech and in other capacities. I never thought I would have to count my lug nuts at a what is supposed to be a premium brand dealership.

These are the same people who tell me the lifetime trans fluid will be just fine? I don't think so. You can't even do something simple like that and the service advisor can't make sure it's ok before releasing it? Did they even do the oil change, rotation or the other stuff on here?

Edit- Spoke to the service manager. Says he's sending me the lug nuts I paid for. No offer of a free oil change or other service. Sad how low the standards and IQ's are in TN. They can even sully a premium brand like Lexus. I have no way of knowing if any of the other work was done. Now if I go back there, I have to mark the tires and do other things to assure the services are done...? Keep playing with those smart phones, You're getting smarter.

Best car buying experience! Cathy Vandergriff went above and beyond helping me purchase my RX350. She explained all the features and walked me through the entire process. I came in 5 minutes before closing and she and Lexie in the finance dept stayed late and didn't rush me. If you're looking to purchase I highly recommend her. Fantastic experience all around!

I got my new GX out of THAT dealer coze I've seen a lot of 5-star reviews they have. And I didn't regret about my decision. Logan and John were absolutely professional and very nice persons although I'm the very choosy car buyer. Got expected the trade-in value of my previous car. The process of new vehicle price negotiation and signing paper was easy and free of stress. Excellent!

The sales people here are shady; they don't want to sell you what you want. They want to sell you overpriced nonsense. Everyone here is a money hungry jerk with no sense of customer service whatsoever. Buy a car in Kentucky where people are friendly and will sell you what you want.

We have made two purchases at Lexus of Knoxville. Both times were very pleasant. Our latest purchase experience was extra special to me because of sentimental reasons. I was very attached to my old Lexus. But, our salesman, Brian, BMAC , didn t try to sell us a car, he helped us buy a car. There is a difference and we appreciated it! Thank you for helping me transition to my new car and doing everything you could to make me happy! I can say without a doubt that this was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. We highly recommend Brian and Lexus of Knoxville!

Very disappointed in the way they treated my sister and brother in law. They went first thing this morning to buy a vehicle that they had been looking at and agreed on amount. Car was sold out from under them. Shame on you Lexus!

Shane is an exceptional advisor. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met and then I was completely happy with my service, loaner and experience. The only thing that bothered me was the person who cashed me out was not friendly or even talked much. I had to ask how much my bill was and even then, she didn't seem thrilled with her job. But rather then that... I give Shane 5 Stars

If you want a terrible experience and sales person go here. They found me the car I wanted, I put a deposit on it so they could receive the car, I signed paperwork, only to be called the day I was going to pick up the car and told that they messed up on my financing. BRICE wrote down the wrong numbers on my payoff for my trade in because he was too worried about making a sale. Which made my payment almost double in cost. James and Steve were both wonderful and worked very hard to get my payment to where I wanted it and I would have resigned the paperwork with a higher payment (because I understand that people make mistakes) if it wasn t for BRICE. BRICE decided to tell me that I needed to be flexible with how much my payment was (I m sorry but you re not making the payment I am) and proceeded to tell me that they got that car in on good faith that I was purchasing it (which I was and I had put down a deposit for the car as well) as well as tell me it was my fault (he s the one that wrote everything down wrong) and for me to not work with him in the future (which I will not be)
He lost a sale because he wanted to act like a child. This is the second time he has messed up and I m honestly surprised they still let him try to sell cars with his attitude.
I took my business to a different dealership that was wonderful, talked to me like a person, and helped me purchase my new car with no problems or rude behavior.
If you must go here to get a Lexus I highly suggest working with James instead.

I bought a used Lexus here about 2 weeks ago. They followed through with a few "as-promised" items such as tint removal post sale and continued to treat me the same as before i had signed the papers. Closing out was quick and they didn't try to pressure me into any of the normal finance office stuff. Very good experience.

Buyer beware!! Take vehicle to get it inspected before you buy especially coming from this dealership. I took my 2018 Kia to get inspection a month after purchasing it here, and the inside of tires are completely bald and it needs a alignment. Completely my fault for trusting a Lexus dealership.
